Abstract
Son dönem Osmanlı düşüncesiyle başlayan modern Türk düşüncesinde ontolojik anlama tavrıyla hareket eden düşünürlerin felsefi hermenötik bilincin gelişimine katkı yaptıkları görülmektedir. Bu katkıyı tarihsel süreç içerisinde iki kısıma ayırabiliriz. Birincisi pozitivist yöntem bilincinin hâkim olduğu bir zeminde kendi pratik kökenlerinin yok sayılmasına karşı çıkarak yaşam gerçekliklerinin içerisinden felsefi yorumlamalarda bulunan düşünürlerin çabası. Bu tavır felsefi hermenötik bilincin düşünce geleneğimizde konumlanmasını sağlamıştır. İkincisi ise pozitivist paradigmanın etkinliğini yitirdiği 1980 sonrasında siyasi, dini vb. toplumsal problemleri anlamak ve çözüm yolları bulmak için teorik zemin arayışlarıyla şekillenen entelektüel zemindir. Bu ise felsefi hermenötik bilincin kendini anlamlandırma süreci olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Konumlandırmayla başlayan bu süreç bize göstermektedir ki, düşünce geleneğimizde felsefi hermenötik bilinç teori-pratik arasında diyalojik bir eksende kendisine yer edinmeyi başarmıştır.
In modern Turkish thought, started with the late Ottoman thinking, it is shown that the philosophical thinkers having behaving manner and attitude of ontological understanding have made contribution to the development of philosophical Hermeneutics consiousness. This contribution can be divided into two parts in the historical process. The first is the effort of thinkers who have made philosophical interpretations within the realities of life by opposing to ignorance of own practical origins in a ground dominated by awareness. Of the positivist method, This attitude led to the positioning of the philosophical hermeneutic consciousness in our tradition of thought. Second is the intellectual ground shaped by the searches of a theoretical base to understand and find solutions for the social problems like political, religious and so on, after 1980 when the positivist paradigm has lost its effectiveness. This period is considered as a process of self signification of hermeneutic consciousness. This process starting with the positioning has shown to us that philosophical hermeneutics consciousness has managed to carve a place for itself in our tradition of thought at about a dialogical axis between the theory and practice.
