Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın Kurmaca Yapıtlarında Coğrafyanın Estetiği Olarak Mavi Anadoluculuk

Abstract

Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın eserlerinde yansıtmaya çalıştığı coğrafya ve insan estetiğini araştırmayı amaçlayan bu çalışmada, Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın Akdeniz-Ege coğrafyasını ve bu coğrafyanın insanını ele alış tarzının 'Üçüncü Dünya Edebiyatı' bağlamında değerlendirilebileceği öne sürülmüştür. Bu bağlamda Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın yapıtlarında iç içe geçmiş iki eğilime dikkat çekilmiştir. Öncelikle, yazarın yapıtlarına yoğun bir Batı karşıtlığı egemendir. Üçüncü Dünya yazarlarının Batı dünyası ile girdikleri ilişkiden kaynaklı olarak gündemde tuttukları 'ulusal durum' yapıtlara bir 'ulusal alegori' özelliği vermiştir. Bu çalışmada bunun Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın yapıtları için de geçerli olduğu iddia edilmektedir. İkinci olarak bu yapıtlar Cumhuriyet dönemi Türk edebiyatında etkili olmuş toplumcu gerçekçiliğin yoğun izlerini taşımaktadırlar. Bu da Üçüncü Dünya yazarlarında Batılı kapitalizmin eleştirisi bağlamında çok sık görülen bir estetik tutumdur. Böylece hem milliyetçi hem toplumcu bir duyarlılık yazarın yapıtlarına egemen olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Halikarnas Balıkçısı'nın yapıtları Osmanlı ve Cumhuriyet yazarlarının görüşleri ve yapıtları ile karşılaştırılarak, kurmaca yapıtlara egemen olan estetik eğilimler çözümlenmiş ve elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde yorumlanmıştır.

This work, which aims to investigate the geography and aesthetics of humans which the Fisherman of Halicarnassus tried to reflect in his works, asserts that the methodology of the Fisherman of Halicarnassus' conceptualisation of the Mediterranean-Aegean geography and the people of this geography can be approached under the context of 'Third World Literature'. In this route, two tendencies which were intertwined in the works of the Fisherman of Halicarnassus were highlighted. Firstly, there is a major opposition against the West in the author's works. 'National situation' which has been always in the agenda of thew works of the Third World authors, has added a characteristic of 'national allegory' to their works. In this work it is defended that the same holds in the works of the Fisherman of Halicarnassus. Secondly, these works consist of the traces of the socialist realism which had been influential during the period of the Republic. This is another position which is mostly common as part of the critique of the Western capitalism amongst the Third World authors. In this way, both a nationalist and socialist sensitivity has dominated the works of the author. In this work, by comparing the works of the Fisherman of Halicarnassus with the works and ideas of the Ottoman and Republic's authors, the aesthetic tendencies which are hegemonic in his fictional works were analysed and interpreted with the captured information.
