Beden Eğitimi ve Spor'un Yaygınlaştırılması Açısından İlköğretim Okullarının Kampüsleşme Projesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Beden Eğitimi ve Sporun İlköğretim Okullarında yeterince uygulanabilme kapasitesini artırmak, tüm okullarda amacına uygun eşit uygulama olabilmesi için İlköğretimlerde kampüs projesi olarak ve pilot bölge Amasya ili Merzifon ilçesi örneği olarak incelenmiş. Kampus okullar olarak Merzifon'da 21 adet ilköğretim okulunu 5 adet ilköğretim kampüsü haline dönüştürürken asıl hedef; okulları sosyal ve sportif yönden imkânlara kavuştururken, boşa çıkan okulların satılması veya kiralanması yöntemiyle kaynak ihtiyacı karşılanması devlete sağlayacağı ekonomik katkı, Eğitim-Öğretim açısından, öğretmen açısından, öğrenci açısından, veli açısından ve şehir trafiği açısından sağladığı kolaylıklar ele alınarak, böyle bir projenin gerekliliği ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Projeye göre ilköğretim kampüsü fiziki yapıdan sorumlu Okul müdürü ve eğitim öğretimden sorumlu Başöğretmen olmak üzere iki müdürle yönetilmesi düşünülmekte bu yöntem Türkiye'de uygulanan hastanelerde uygulanan yöntemle benzerlik göstermektedir ve 4 müdür yardımcısı, 4 memur ile 2000 öğrenciden oluşan bir okul olarak eğitimde yaşanan birçok aksaklıkların da önüne geçmiş olacağız. Bu projede Merzifon'da İlköğretim okullarında çalışan öğretmenlere uygulanan 188 ankete 98'i erkek, 90'ı bayan öğretmen olmak üzere; 104'ü sınıf öğretmeni 76'sı branş öğretmeni katılmıştır.Yapılan ankette sorulara verilen yanıtlar tezi destekler nitelikte olmuştur; özellikle ankette en son yapılan yorumların %94'ü böyle bir projenin gerçekleşmesi halinde eğitime sağlayacağı faydalardan dolayı memnuniyetlerini dile getirmişlerdir.
