Psikolojik Danışmanların Sosyal Destek Anlayışı ile Tolerans Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik danışmanların sosyal destek anlayışı ile tolerans düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi, psikolojik danışmaların cinsiyet, alandan /alan dışından oluş ve mesleki memnuniyet düzeylerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında Samsun ilinde görev yapan 400 psikolojik danışman araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak, Eker, Arkar ve Yaldız (2001) tarafından sosyal destek düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla geliştirilen Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği, Ersanlı (2013) tarafından tolerans düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla geliştirilen Tolerans Ölçeği ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Kovaryans (Ancova) Analizi, Befforoni ve Post Hoc Testi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, psikolojik danışmanların sosyal destek anlayışı ile tolerans düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin; cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaştığı, mezun olunan bölüme ve mesleki memnuniyet durumuna göre ise anlamlı bir şekilde farklılaşmadığı bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ışığında psikolojik danışmanlara ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Psikolojik Danışman, Tolerans, Sosyal Destek

The purpose of this study was to examine, the relationship between psychological counselors yander, field/out of field and Professional sotisfaction according their levels with social support understading and tolerance levels of psychological counselors. For this purpose; 400 psychological counselors working in the province of Samsun in the acedemic year 2015-2016 were included in the study. As data collection; multidimensianal perceived social support scale to measure levels of social support which is developed by eker, arkar and yaldız, the tolerance scale to measure the tolerance levels developed by ersanlı and the personal information form which was developed by the researchers were used. As a result of analyzes, the relationship between social support understading of psychological counselors and tolerance level; it was found that they differed significantly according to gender, but didn't significantly according to graduation and Professional sotisfaction status. As a result of the research, psychological counselors and researchers have been suggested in the findings. Keywords: psychological counseler, tolerance, social support.
