Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı demirce yeterli ve yetersiz şartlarda domates hatlarını bazı özelliklerine göre gruplandırarak ve hatların demir durumunu gösteren indekslerin iyilerini belirleyerek demir noksanlığına dayanıklı domates hatlarını belirlemek ve hatların Fe-EDDHA'ya ve kirece responslarını tespit etmektir. Bitkiler kuvars kumu ortamında 1) Demirce yetersiz (0,2μM Fe), 2) Demirce yeterli (45μM Fe), 3) Demirce yeterli (100μM Fe) besin çözeltisi verilerek yetiştirilmiştir. Kireçlenmiş kuvars kumu ortamında demirce yetersiz besin çözeltisi verilerek de yetiştirilmiştir. Uygulamalar 3 tekerrürlüdür. Hatların seçiminde bitki kuru madde miktarı, yaprakta klorofil, aktif demir kapsamları, kökte ve yaprakta ferrik redüktaz aktivitesi ve diğer bazı özellikler kullanılmıştır. Demir noksanlığında 12 hat 2 grupta toplanmıştır. 1. grup 1, 2, 5 ve 10 numaralı hatlar, 2. grup 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 ve 12 numaralı hatlardır. Demir noksanlığında 4 ve 6 numaralı hatların birbirine en yakın; 1 ve 3 numaralı hatların en uzak hatlardır. Demirce noksan ve kireçli ortamda hatlar 2 grupta toplanmıştır. I. grupta 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 4, 5 ve 7 numaralı hatlar kümelenmişken; II. grupta 3, 6, 11 ve 12 numaralı hatlar kümelenmiştir. Demirce noksan ve kireçli şartlarda 5 ve 7 numaralı hatların birbirine en yakın hat oldukları görülmüştür. Aynı şartlarda 1 ve 3 numaralı hatların birbirinden en uzak hatlar oldukları görülmüştür. Demir noksanlığı şartlarında ve demir noksanlığı ile birlikte kireçli şartlarda domates hatlarının demirli gübrelemeye responsları farklı bulunmuştur. The aim of study is to determine tomato line resistant to iron deficiency and the response of lines to Fe-EDDHA and to lime by classifying the line according to some properties, and by determining the best index as to status of iron nutrition under conditions sufficiend and insufficiend of iron. The lines were grown in quartz sand medium: 1) Iron inadequate (0,2μM Fe), 2) Iron adequate (45μM Fe), 3) Iron adequate (100μM Fe), 4) Inadequate iron+ calcareous. Each application has in 3 replications. Indices such as dry matter quantity, the content of chlorophyll, active iron, ferric reductase activity in leaves and root and some properties are discussed in the selection of tomato lines. 12 lines were collected in 2 groups under iron deficiency. 1. It is numbered lines 1, 2, 5, 10, 2. It is numbered lines 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12. The lines numbered 4 and 6 are closest to each other. The lines numbered 1, 3 are the most distant lines. The lines are collected in 2 groups in iron-deficient and calcareous. While 1, 2, 8, 9, 10, 4, 5, 7 number lines were clustered in the first group, 3, 6, 11, 12 number lines were clustered in the second group. The lines 5, 7 were the closest line to each other. In the same conditions, lines 1 and 3 are the most distant lines. Lines have different response to Fe-EDDHA under iron deficiency and calcareous conditions.
