Farklı Branşlarda Görev Yapan Takım Sporu Hakemlerinin Karar Verme Stillerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada farklı branşlarda (futbol, basketbol, voleybol) görev yapan takım sporu hakemlerinin karar verme stillerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Samsun'da 2020-2021 sezonunda görev alan futbol, basketbol ve voleybol hakemleri oluşturmakta olup, örneklemini ise; 56 futbol, 58 basketbol, 54 voleybol hakemi ve toplamda 168 (116 Erkek, 52 Kadın) gönüllü hakem oluşturmaktadır. Demografik bilgiler; 10 soruluk ''Kişisel bilgi formu'' ile karar verme stillerini belirlemek için orijinali Mann. vd. (1998), tarafından geliştirilmiş olan, Deniz (2004) Türkçeye uyarlayarak geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılmış olan '' Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeği ''kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Veriler SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak analiz edildi. Gruplar arası İkili karşılaştırmalarda t- testi, ikiden fazla karşılaştırmalarda ANOVA testi uygulandı. Anlamlılık düzeyi (p<0,05) olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre hakemlerin Melbourne karar verme ölçeğinin alt boyutlarına göre değerlendirildiğinde, cinsiyet, yaş, hakem yılı, medeni durum, yerleşim yerine göre, mesleğe göre, hakemlik yaptığı branşa göre değişkenlerinde istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir (p>0.05). Hakem seviyesi ve eğitim durumu değişkenine göre Melbourne karar verme ölçeğinin alt boyutlarından sadece erteleyici alt boyutunda, gelir değişkenine göre sadece panik alt boyutunda istatiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir(p<0.05). Sonuç olarak; araştırma katılan hakemlerin karar verme sürecinde cinsiyet, yaş, hakem yılı, medeni durum, yerleşim yerine göre, mesleğe göre, hakemlik yaptığı branş gibi değişkenlerin dikkate alınacak bir etkisinin bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Hakemlerin karar verme sürecinin alt boyutlarından erteleyici boyutun gelişimine katkı sağlanmasında eğitim durumu, hakem seviyesi durumunun ve panik alt boyutunda gelir durumunun önemli bir katkı sağlayacağını düşünmekteyiz. In this research, it is aimed to examine the decision-making styles of team sports referees working in different branches (football, basketball, volleyball). The universe of the research is made up of football, basketball and volleyball referees who took part in the 2020-2021 season in Samsun and sampled; It consists of 56 football, 58 basketball, 54 volleyball referees and a total of 168 (116 Men, 52 Women) voluntary referees. Demographic information; To determine the decision-making styles with the 10-question 'Personal information form', the original is mann. Et al. (1998), developed by Deniz (2004) in Turkish, and validity and reliability studies were carried out using the 'Melbourne Decision Making Scale'. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical package program. T-test was applied in binary comparisons between groups and ANOVA test was applied in more than two comparisons. The level of signiability (p<0.05) is taken. According to the findings of the study, when the referees were evaluated according to the lower dimensions of the Melbourne decision-making scale, it was determined that there was no statistically significant difference in the variables according to gender, age, referee year, marital status, location, profession, branch in which they refereed (p>0.05). It was determined that there was statistically significant difference in the lower dimensions of the Melbourne decision-making scale only in the deferral sub-dimension according to the referee level and training status variable, and only in the panic subdivision according to the income variable (p<0.05). As a result; It was determined that the referees who participated in the research did not have any significant effect in the decision-making process such as gender, age, referee year, marital status, place of placement, according to the profession, the branch in which they refereed. We believe that the education status, referee level status and income status in the lower dimension of panic will make an important contribution in contributing to the development of the postponing dimension from the lower dimensions of the decision-making process of the referees.
