Değerler Eğitimi Bağlamında İslam'da Adalet Kavramı

Abstract

Yaşadığımız dönemde bütün maddi yaşam refaha ulaşmışken manevi değerlerimiz gün geçtikçe yaşantımızdaki yerini kaybetmektedir. Dünya ulaşım ve iletişim sebebiyle bir köye dönmüştür; ancak küreselleşme, ahlak ve insanlık açısından aynı gelişmeyi gösterememiştir. İnsanların birçoğu her şeyi maddi boyutuyla değerlendirmekte, manevi ve ahlaki değerlere önem vermeden kendi çıkar ve menfaatlerine göre davranmakta ve böylece başkalarına haksızlık ve zulüm yapmaktadır. Bu nedenle her yerde insanlar zalimlerin zulmünden feryat etmekte, adaletsizlik her alanda farklı yönlerden kendini göstermekte ve mazlumlar adalet istemektedirler. Bundan dolayı bireysel ve toplumsal açıdan en önemli değer olan adalet değerinin kazandırılması için ailede, okulda ve toplumda sağlıklı bir adalet değerinin öğretimine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, önce değerler eğitimi ve adalet kavramları incelenmiştir. Daha sonra adalet değerinin çocuklara ve gençlere etkili bir şekilde kazandırılabilmesi için, ailede, okulda ve toplumda, değerler eğitimi bağlamında adalet değeri öğretiminin yöntem, teknik ve ilkelerinden bahsedilmiştir. Son olarak, medyanın ve sanal âlemin, insanların eğitimine ve toplumun bilinçlenmesine ve yönlendirmesine ne kadar etkisi olduğunu belirleyip adalet değerini öğretmek ve yaymak için buralarda ne gibi faaliyetlerde bulunulması gerektiği açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. While all the material life has reached abundance in the period we live, our spiritual values löse their place in our lives increasingly. The world has turned a glo-bal villiage because of transportation and communication; but the globalization has not shown the same develpment in terms of morality and humanity. Many people value everything in terms of materiality, behave in accordance with their own inte-rests without giving importance to spiritual and moral values, and thus make injustice and cruelty to others. For this reason people everywhere ery out fort he oppressors' persecution and injustice manifests itself in different directions in every field. And the oppressed want justice. Therefore, in order to gain the value of justice, which is the most important individual and societal value, there is a need to teach a healthy value of justice in the family, the school and the society. In this study, firstly, the concepts of education of values and justice were examined. Later, in order to teach effectively the value of justice to children and yo-uth, the methods, techniques and principles of justice teaching in the context of edu-cation of values were mentioned in family, school and society. Lastly, to determine how much the media and the virtual World have effected the education and direction the society's awareness, it has been tried to put forward some proposals in this area.
