İlköğretim 3. Sınıf Türkçe Dersinde Buluş Yaptırarak Öğretme Yaklaşımının Etkililiği

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın sorunu, sunuş yoluyla öğretme yaklaşımının mı, yoksa buluş yaptırarak öğretme yaklaşımının mı kalıcı izli davranış değişikliği oluşturduğudur. Çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim 3. sınıf Türkçe dersinde buluş yaptırarak öğretme yaklaşımının etkililiğini ortaya koymaktır.Çalışma Türkçe dersi ile sınırlandırıldığından, kuramsal bölümde dil ve Türkçe öğretimi, Türkçe öğretimindeki beceri ve yaklaşımlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Katılımcıları ilköğretim 3. sınıf çocuğunun oluşturmasından dolayı bu yaş düzeyi çocuğunun gelişimi ve anadili eğitimi üzerinde de durulmuştur.Bu çalışma, sekiz denenceden oluşan ön-test ve son-test desenli deneysel bir çalışmadır. Uygulamalar sonucu elde edilen bulgularla denencelerin doğrulanıp doğrulanmadığı nedenleriyle yorumlanmıştır. Buluş yaptırarak öğretme yaklaşımının etkililiği, öğrencilerin okuduğunu anlama ve anladığını yazıyla anlatma temel dil becerileriyle ilgili uygulama, etkinlik ve bulgular sonucu yapılan yorumlar ile saptanmıştır.Değişen dünyamızda, ilköğretimde öğretmenlere buluş yaptırarak öğretme yaklaşımının sınıf içi uygulamalarında yardımcı olmak ve onlara ışık tutmak amacıyla, bu tür çalışmaların yaygınlaşmasına gereksinim vardır ve her zaman da olacaktır.Anahtar Sözcükler?İlköğretim 3. The problem of this study is to find out whether presentation based teaching approach or discovery learning constitutes permanent behaviour change. The aim of the study is to indicate the effectiveness of discovery learning in the third grades Turkish lesson of the elementary schools.As the research is limited with the Turkish lesson, in the theoretical section language and Turkish teaching, skills, and approaches in Turkish teaching are covered. Because the participants are composed of the third graders of the elemantary schools, the child development of this age and mother tongue teaching are also included.This is an experimental research model consisting of eight hypotheses, in which pretest and posttest design is used. At the end of the applications, with the findings obtained whether the hypotheses are confirmed or not is commented with the reasons. The effectiveness of discovery learning is determined with the comments done as the result of the findings, activities and applications related to the main language skills students? comprehension, and expressing what they comprehend in written.In the changing world, in the elementary schools, with the aim of helping teachers in class applications of discovery learning and illuminating them, spreading of such studies is needed and it will be needed all the time.KeywordsThe chosen key words of the study called ?The effectiveness of discovery learning in the third grades Turkish lesson of the elementary schools? are ?reading,? ?comprehension,? ?writing?, ?written expression,? ?elementary school,? ?presentation based teaching approach,? ?discovery learning.?
