Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Samsun İli'nin Atakum ilçesinde yer alan bir sahada 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 ve 7.2 büyüklüklerindeki depremler ile 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.394 ve 0.468 g en büyük yatay yer ivme değerleri için standart penetrasyon deneyi darbe sayıları kullanılarak Basitleştirilmiş Yöntem ve zeminin mekanik özellikleri kullanılarak DIANA sonlu elemanlar programında Towhata-Iai bünye modeli ile sıvılaşma analizleri yapılmıştır. Basitleştirilmiş Yöntem ve DIANA programıyla yapılan sıvılaşma analizleri sonucu zemin tabakalarında sıvılaşmanın derinlikle değişimi elde edilmiş ve her iki yöntemin karşılaştırılması sonucunda elde edilen değerlerin genel olarak uyumlu olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, Tokimatsu&Seed ve Ishihara&Yoshimine yöntemlerine göre sıvılaşma kaynaklı oturma hesapları yapılmıştır. Çalışmada son olarak, olası depremlerde meydana gelecek sıvılaşmanın ve sıvılaşmaya bağlı gerçekleşecek oturmaların önlenmesi için gerekli zemin iyileştirme hesapları Durgunoğlu ve Özsoy yöntemine göre jet-grout kolonları için yapılmış ve sonuçlar sunulmuştur.
In this study, liquefaction analyses were performed for the earthquakes with magnitudes of 6.0, 6.5, 7.0, 7.2 and for the peak horizontal accelerations of 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.394, 0.468 g in terms of Simplified Procedure using the SPT blow counts and with Towhata-Iai constitutive model built in the finite element analysis program DIANA by use of the mechanical properties of soil layers for a site in Atakum, Samsun. The alteration of the values related to liquefaction through the depths of the soil layers were achieved by Simplified procedure and DIANA program and it was determined that the results obtained from two different procedures are generally in accordance with each other. Besides, the amounts of liquefaction-induced settlements were evaluated based on the methods of Ishihara&Yoshimine and Tokimatsu&Seed respectively. Furthermore, the method recommended by Durgunoğlu&Özsoy related with high modulus jet grout columns was applied to evaluate the amount of ground improvement to mitigate liquefaction and liquefaction-induced settlements and finally the results were presented.
