Helloboris Orientalis Lam. (Ranunculaceae) Üzerinde Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Ekolojik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

IV Helleborus orientalis Lam. (RANUNCULACEAE) ÜZERİNDE MORFOLOJİK, ANATOMİK VE EKOLOJİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu çalışmada Helleborus L. cinsine ait Helleborus orientalis Lam. (Ranunculaceae) türünün morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Morfolojik olarak H. orientalis ' in bazı özellikleri çok dikkat çekicidir. Türün sepalleri san renkli olup petalleri ise nektaryumlar şeklinde indirgenmiştir. Ayrıca, türün tomurcuklan toprak altında gelişmektedir. H. orientalis' in kök, petiol, pedisel, pistil ve stamenlerinin uzunluğu ve genişliği ilk defa bu çalışmada verilmiştir. Anatomik yönden H. orientalis' in tüm organlannda kalın kutikula tabakasının bulunması, levha kollenkiması hücrelerinin sklerenkima demetlerinin olması en belirgin özellikleridir. Kökte ksilem kollarının sayısı 4 tanedir. Yapraklar dorsiventral (bifasial) tiptedir. Stomalar amfistomatiktir. Ekolojik olarak, vejetatif dönemde N, P ve K konsantrastonlan en fazla yapraklarda bulunarak gövdede en düşük miktardadır. Generatif dönemde ise, makroelementlerin genel olarak çiçeklerde toplandığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmelerde bitki kısımlan arasında N ve K yönünden P< 0,01 düzeyinde çok önemli farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. P yönünden ise anlamlı farklılık bulunmamıştır. THE MORPHOLOGICAL, ANATOMICAL AND ECOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION ON Helleborus orientate Lam. ( RANUNCULACEAE) ABSTRACT In this study, morphologically, anatomical and ecological properties of Helleborus orientalis Zam.belonging to Helleborus L. were investigated. As morphologically, some properties of H. orientalis are very conspicuous. The colour of sepals of this species is yellow, petals are converted as nectars. In addition the buds are grown under the soil. The length and width of root, petiole, pedicel, pistil and < stamens of H. orientalis is documentatied for the first time in this study. As anatomically, it is the most obvious property that there is a thick cuticle layer at all organs and cells of lamellar (plate) collenchyma and sclerenchyma at shoot of H orientalis. The number of xylem arms at root is four. The type of leaves is dorsiventral (bifacial). Stomata are amphystomatic. As ecologically, in vegetative stage the maximum concentrations of N, P and K are founded in leaves, while the minimum concentrations are founded in shoot. It is investigated that macroelements generally accumulate in flowers in generative stage. According to the statistical evaluations between the organs of H. orientalis as N and K has been established very important differences in P< 0,01 level. It has not been founded significant differences as P concentration. Key Words: Helleborus orientalis, Morphology, Anatomy, Ecology
