İki Olgu Nedeniyle Kolşisin Entoksikasyonu

Abstract

Kolşisin entoksikasyonu nadir görülmekle birlikte ölümle sonuçlanabilmektedir. Biz aynı dönemde hastanemizde izlenen ve oldukça ağır bulguları olan iki olgu nedeniyle kolşisin entoksikasyonuna dikkati çekmek istedik. Plazma değişimi, hemoperfüzyon ve hemodiyalizin etkisiz olduğu kolşisin entoksikasyonunda semptomatik tedavi edici yaklaşım ve yakın izlem hayat kurtarıcıdır.

Although intoxication of colchicine is seen rarely, it can cause death. We want to report intoxication of colchicine, in two cases that at the same time were undersupervising in our hospital. In the intoxication of colchicine that plasma exchange, hemoperfusion and hemodialysis have no effect, the symptomatic treatment and close attention are life saving.
