Tokat İli Elma Bahçelerinde Apple Mosaic Virus (ApMV)'un Yayılış Durumunun Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Tokat ilinde elma bahçelerinde Elma mozayik virüsü (ApMV)'nün yayılış durumunu belirlemek amacıyla, 2001 yılında Merkez, Pazar, Turhal ve Artova ilçelerine bağlı 24 adet elma bahçesinden 116 adet bitki yaprak örneği toplanmıştır. Bu sürveyler sonucunda, DAS-ELISA yöntemi ile % 6.9'unun ApMV ile bulaşık olduğu belirlenmiştir. Virüse bölgede sadece Tokat Merkez (% 15.09)'e bağlı Fidanlık ve Geyraz mevkilerindeki iki bahçede rastlanmış olup hastalığın belirlendiği çeşit ise Granny Smith'tir.Survey was conducted to determine Apple mosaic virüs (ApMV) and it's distribution in Tokat province. Total of 116 plant samples were collected from twenty four orchards in Central, Pazar, Turhal and Artova districts of Tokat in 2001. ApMV was revealed by DAS-ELISA in 6.9 % of the leaf samples. The virus vas detected in 15.09 % of the apple plants at two orchards located in Fidanlık and Geyraz sites of Central district. Infected cultivar was only Granny Smith.
