3-Hydroxy-6-methyl-2-[4-(3-trifluoromethyl­phenyl)­piperazin-1-yl­methyl]-4H-pyran-4-one

Abstract

In the structure of the title compound, 3-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-[4-(3- trifluoromethylphenyl)piperazin-1-ylmethyl]-4H-pyran-4-one, C<inf>18</inf>H <inf>19</inf>F<inf>3</inf>N<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>, the piperazine ring displays an almost perfect chair conformation, with the substituents at the N atoms lying in equatorial positions.
