Samsun Çevresinde Yayılış Gösteren Euphorbia L. (Euphorbiaceae) Cinsine Ait Bazı Türler Üzerinde Morfolojik ve Anatomik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Euphorbia L. (Euphorbiaceae) cinsine ait 2 tür (Euphorbia stricta L. ve Euphorbia falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata) morfolojik ve anatomik yönden incelenmiştir. Türlerin tüm morfolojik özellikleri incelenerek, kantitatif olanların ölçümleri alınmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, Türkiye Florası ile karşılaştırılmış ve ilave bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Anatomik araştırmalar, her taksona ait örneklerin kök, gövde ve yapraklarından alınan enine kesitler ve ayrıca yaprak yüzeysel kesitleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçların, Euphorbia cinsinin genel anatomik yapısını yansıttığı görülmüş, bununla birlikte bazı farklılıklar da tespit edilmiştir. Türlerin anatomik özellikleri karşılaştırılarak, aralarındaki farklılıklar ortaya konmuştur. Bu iki türün meyve ve tohum yüzeylerindeki farklılıklar, türlerin ayırt edilmesinde kullanılan önemli iki özelliktir. Yapılan incelemelerde E. stricta türünde meyve yüzeyinin tuberculate (yumrucuklu) tipinde, E. falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata türünde 3- kanallı, üç köşeli, düz tipte olduğu bulunmuştur. E. stricta tohumları elips şekilli ve düz (pürüzsüz)dür. E. falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata tohumları iki yüzeyli olarak yassılaşmış (dorsiventral) oval ya da elipsoid şekilli, dört köşelidir.

In this study, two species of Euphorbia L. (Euphorbiaceae) (Euphorbia stricta L., Euphorbia falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata) were investigated by view of morphology and anatomy. All morphological characters of species were examined and the quantitative ones were measured. The findings were compared with Flora of Turkey and the additional information was obtained. Anatomical studies were made on cross sections of the root, stem and leaf and the surface sections of leaf of these specimens included in each taxa. The obtained results exhibited the general anatomical structure of Euphorbia genus, in additional some differences were determined. The anatomical characters of species were compared with each other and the differences among species were determined. The dissimilarities on the surfaces of the fruits and seeds of these two species are two significant factors in distinguishing the species. Through this, it is observed that the fruit surface of the E. stricta is tuberculate (blistery), and of E. falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata it is trisulcate, trigonous, smooth. E. stricta seeds are ellipsoid and smooth. E. falcata L. subsp. falcata var. falcata seeds are dorsiventrally compressed-ovoid or ellipsoid, shallowly quadrangular.
