Velâyet-i Fakîh ve Fragile State Tartışmaları Bağlamında İran İslam Cumhuriyetine Yöneltilen Eleştiriler

Abstract

Bu çalışma İran'da 1925-1979 yılları arsında hüküm süren Pehlevi hanedanlığına karşı başlayan muhalefetin şiddetlenmesi sonucunda 11 Şubat 1979/22 Behmen 1358 tarihinde başarıya ulaşan devrimin, devletleşme sürecini ve devletleşme yeteneğini ele almaktadır. Bu çalışma; giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde izlenen yöntem ve çalışmada yararlanılan kaynaklar ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde Pehlevi hanedanlığının devlet politikası, devrime giden süreç, devrimin İslamî kimlik kazanma süreci incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde İran İslam cumhuriyetinin devletselliği politik, ekonomik, sosyal göstergeler, uyum ve kültürel kimlik, manevi unsurlar göstergesi üzerinden değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde de elde edilen veriler, İslam ideali ile kurulan devletin anayasası ve rehberlerin söylemi de esas alınarak değerlendirilmiştir.

This study examines the process of state and the capacity for statehood following the revolution that succeeded on February 11, 1979/ 22 Bahman 1358, as a result of growing opposition to the Pahlawi Dynasty which reigned in Iran between 1925 and 1979. The study consists of an introduction, two main chapters and a conclusion. The introduction discusses the methodology followed and the sources used in the research. The first chapter analyzes the state policies of the Pahlawi Dynasty, the process leading to the revolution and how the revolution acquired an Islamic identity. The second chapter evaluates the statehood of the Islamic Republic of Iran through political, economic, social indicators as well as through integration and cultural identity, spiritual elements indicator. The conclusion interprets the findings in light of the constitution of the state founded on Islamic ideals and the discourse of the guardians.
