Abstract
Dağıtılan 300 anketten 238'i geri dönmüştür. The aim of this study is to investigate whether there is a relationship between employees' quality leadership and performance perceptions in organizations applying ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and to determine if there is a relationship. The survey, which was created to examine the relation of the quality leadership on employee performance, consists of 33 items, 8 of them consist of demographic questions. In the study, the data were obtained from the surveys taken from the sample. The universe of the research is the proportions that have received ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Standard in Samsun. On the other hand, the sample consists of employees who were selected by the easy sampling method and accepted to participate in the study as volunteers. We distributed 300 questionnaires. However, only 238 of them have been submitted. During this research, it has been seen that quality leadership (β =, 490) has a significant effect of around (23.7%) on the employee performance perception .The treatment of the sub-dimensions of quality leadership, human relations (β =, 157), process management (β =, 185), quality training (β =, 186), and customer satisfaction (β =, 539) have been achieved respectively. One-way Anova and T-tests were applied to determine whether quality leadership and employee performance perceptions differ according to demographic characteristics. According to the test results, while there is a statistically significant difference in terms of employees' educational status and working time, quality leadership and employee performance perceptions, no significant difference in terms of marital status, age and income status of the employees has been detected. While quality leadership showed a significant difference in terms of gender, position and working time in the related enterprise, employee performance did not differ significantly in terms of these variables.
