Bilateral Subtalamik Hemoraji: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Spontan bilateral intraserebral hemorajiler oldukça nadirdir. Biz bilateral subtalamik hemorajisi olan, sağ üst ekstremite monoplejisi ve bilinç kaybı ile baflvuran 60 yaflında hipertansif hastayı literatürü de gözden geçirerek sundukSpontaneous bilateral intracerebral hemorrhages are extremely rare. To further characterize this rare event, we report a 60-year-oldman with chronic hypertension, who presented with bilateral subthalamic hemorrhages that consequently resulted in monoplegia inthe right upper extremity and loss of consciousness. The literature is reviewed regarding this condition
