Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Dünyada son yıllarda uygulama alanı bulmaya başlayan üç boyutlu beton yazıcı tekniği ile beton dökümünün Türkiye'de uygulanabilirliğinin, geleneksel yöntemlere göre maliyet, zaman ve iş gücünden kazanç sağlama yönlerinden araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada üç boyutlu yazıcı tekniği ile beton konut yapımı hakkında bilgiler edinilmiş ve Türkiye'de az katlı konut sektörüne yeni bir bakış açısı kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Henüz Türkiye'de üç boyutlu yazıcı ile beton yazdırma anlamında bir çalışma bulunmaması ve üç boyutlu beton yazıcı olmaması nedeniyle yazdırma yöntemi olarak bireysel kullanım için üretilmiş bir Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) tipi yazıcı kullanılmıştır. Bu yazıcıda daha önceden çalışmada incelenecek veriler üzerine üç boyutlu olarak tasarlanmış iki katlı bir konut örneği baskılanmıştır. FDM yazıcı ile baskılanan bu konut örneği üzerinden beton yazdırma tekniğinin konut yapım aşamaları irdelenmiştir. Bu irdelemeler üzerinden üç boyutlu beton yazıcı ile Türkiye'de yapılabilecek iki katlı bir konutun maliyet, zaman ve işçilik hesaplamaları yapılmıştır. Bulunan veriler ile geleneksel konut tiplerinin yaklaşık birim metrekare maliyetleri, yapım süreleri ve işçilikleri kıyaslanmıştır. Üç boyutlu yazıcı tekniği ile sağlanılan kazançlar belirtilerek Dünya genelinde uygulamaları olan bu yeni konut yapım tekniğinin Türkiye'de uygulanabilirliği hakkında sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. This study aims to investigate the applicability of concrete pouring with three-dimensional printers that has utilized in recent years in the world in aspect of cost, time and labor by comparing to traditional methods. Information about construction of concrete housing with three-dimensional printer techniques has been obtained and a new perspective for low-rise housing sector in Turkey has been trying to acquire. Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) type of printer was employed as a printing method designed for individual use due to the fact that there has been no research about three-dimensional printers in Turkey so far and lack of three-dimensional concrete printer. A three-dimensional wo-storey housing sample was designed, printed in the printer and analyzed based on previously studies. The process of construction housing with the concrete printing technique was examined by using the housing sample printed with FDM printer. The cost, time and labor of the two-storey housing printed with three dimensional concrete printer made in Turkey was computed. The approximate unit square meter costs, construction times and labors of traditional housing types were compared with those results obtained in this study. The applicability of this new housing construction techniques in Turkey with three-dimensional printers practicing worldwide by specifying the technical advantages was obtained.
