2000 Sonrası Türk Sinemasında Milliyetçilik Temalı Filmlerde 'Öteki'

Abstract

Milliyetçilik günümüz dünyasında canlılığını koruyan ideolojilerden biridir. Aynı zamanda bir kimliksel anlama sahip olan bu ideoloji kendini inşa ederken diğer kimliksel ve ideolojik hareketlerde olduğu gibi bir 'öteki'ne ihtiyaç duymaktadır. 'Öteki'nin varlığı, nasıl tasnif edildiği, ötekileştirilirken hangi referans noktalarından hareket edildiği önem arz eden bir konudur. Bu bağlamda milliyetçilik ideolojisi 'öteki' karşısında kendini inşa ederken veya kendi ideolojisini topluma empoze ederken bir takım aygıtlar kullanmaktadır. Sinema da bu aygıtlardan biridir. Günümüz dünyasında toplumun her kesimine kolayca ulaşabilen ve topluma hemen hemen her konuda belirli bir düşünceyi benimsetme amacı da taşıyan sinema artık sanatsal değerinin yanında ideolojik değeri de olan bir meta haline gelmiştir. Tezimizin amacı Türkiye'de 2000-2017 arası çekilen milliyetçilik temalı filmlerde 'öteki'nin nasıl bir tanımlama ve 'ötekileştirmeye' tabi tutulduğu, 'öteki' olarak ifade edilenlerin hangi referans noktalarından hareketle 'ötekileştirildiğini' ve bu 'öteki'lerin kimler olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda seçilen filmler 2000 ile 2017 arasında sinema otoriteleri tarafından milliyetçilik temalı filmler kategorisinde değerlendirilmiş filmlerdir. Seçilen filmler Kurtlar Vadisi Irak, Kurtlar Vadisi Filistin, Dağ, Dağ II, Deli yürek Bumerang Cehennemi'dir. Temel amaç söz konusu filmler kendi içlerinde temalandırılarak 'milliyetçik' ve 'ötekilik' konusunu açıklığa kavuşturmaktır. Nationalism is the one of continuity ideology of today's world.This ideology has a signification of identity and while it builds itself,it also needs the other as all the other ideogies do.It is important that the existance of the others,how it is classified and which reference points are taken while the others are marginalized.To build itself againts 'the others' or to impose the nationalist ideology to the public,Nationalism uses some aids.Cinema is one of those aids.Cinema easily reaches to people and almost for every subject using cinema to impose an idea makes cinema a meta which has ideological value beside its art value. The aim of this thesis is to present how 'the others' are described and marginalized,which reference points are taking to marginalize 'the others' and who 'the others' are in the movies between 2000-2017 in Turkey which have nationalist themes .The chosen movies are considered as nationalist themes movies by the cinema authorites.The chosen movies are Kurtlar Vadisi Irak, Kurtlar Vadisi Filistin, Dağ ,Dağ II are Deli Yürek Bumerang Cehennemi.
