dc.description.abstractGiant cerebriform nevus is a rare benign tumor, located on the scalp. Surgery is required because of their growth potential and possible malignant behavior. A case of scalp cerebriform melanocytic intradermal nevus is presented. It was totally excised and the defect was covered with a free skin graft.en_US
