Macdonald Codes Over the Ring F2

Abstract

In this paper, we construct MacDonald codes of type alpha over the ring F-2 + uF(2) + vF(2), where u(2) = u, v(2) = v, uv = vu = 0, F-2 {0,1} is the field of two elements and investigate their properties such as torsion codes and weight distributions.
