Bal Arısı (Apis mellifera L.)'nda Koloni Popülasyon Gücünün Polen Verimi Üzerine Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bal arısı kolonilerinde yüksek polen verimi sağlayacak en uygun koloni populasyon gücü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. 2 yaşında ana anlı ve 7, 10, 13, 16 ve 19 anlı çerçeveye sahip beş grupta toplam 59 adet koloni materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Deneme 22 Nisan-03 Haziran 1999 tarihleri arasında Samsun Kurupelit kampusu şartlarında yapılmıştır. Grupların polen verimleri arasında önemli düzeyde farklılık belirlenmiştir. Polen verimi üzerine çevre şartlarının önemli etkisi olduğu görülmüş ve üretilen polen miktarının koloni gücünden ziyade koloninin ihtiyacına bağlı artış gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. 7, 10, 13, 16 ve 19 çerçeve anlı kolonilerin 10 ayrı dönemdeki ortalama polen üretimleri sırasıyla 19.242.99, 20.051.64, 30.162.66, 24.503.74 ve 25.366.64 g/koloni/1:2gün olarak belirlenmiştir.

The aim of the study was to determine the best colony population size to produce the highest amount of polen. A total of 59 colonies were used as material. Trial was carried out in Samsun from 22 April to 03 June 1999. There were significant differences in the amount pollen produced between groups. Average amounts of pollen at 10 different periods produced by 7, 10, 13, 16 and 19 frames covered bee were found as 19.24±2.99, 20.05±1.64, 30.16±2.66, 24.50±3.74 and 25.36±6.64 g/colony/1:2 day respectively. It was concluded that the amounts of pollen produced was effected by environmental conditions. In addition, the amount of pollen produced increased with not colony size but with colony needs.
