Bazı Kereviz Lahanası [Pak Choi (Brassica Campestris Ssp. Chinensis)] Çeşitlerinin Samsun Ekolojik Koşullarına Adaptasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Samsun ekolojik koşullarında kereviz lahanası yetiştirme olanaklarını ve uygun çeşitleri belirlemek amacıyla, 2010 ile 2011 yılları arasında ilkbahar ve sonbahar yetiştirme dönemlerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada 15'er gün aralıklarla; 2010 yılı sonbahar döneminde üç farklı tohum ekim zamanı (1 Ağustos, 15 Ağustos, 1 Eylül), 2011 yılı ilkbahar döneminde iki farklı tohum ekim zamanı (1 Nisan, 15 Nisan), 2011 yılı sonbahar döneminde ise üç farklı tohum ekim zamanı (15 Temmuz, 1 Ağustos, 15 Ağustos) ve dört kereviz lahanası çeşidi (Dwarf canton white, Pak choi green, Green fortune, Tai sai) denenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Samsun ekolojik koşullarında sonbahar döneminde kereviz lahanasının başarılı bir şekilde yetiştirilebileceği belirlenmiştir. İlkbahar döneminde ise çeşitlerin erken çiçeklenmesi nedeni ile hasat yapılamamıştır. Araştırmada yıl ve yetiştirme dönemine bağlı olarak; 377.64-380.89 g arası bitki ağırlığı, 14.55 ile 18.33 adet yaprak sayısı, 375.06-381.65 g arası yaprak ağırlığı, 23.18-24.05 g arasında gövde ağırlığı ile Dwarf canton white çeşiti ve 305.14-384.90 g bitki ağırlığı, 16.0-20.33 adet yaprak sayısı ve 252.80-327,95 g yaprak ağırlığı, 23.58-29.10 g gövde ağırlığı ile Pak choi green çeşiti uygun çeşit olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada, çeşit ve ekim dönemlerine bağlı olarak kantitatif analizlerde sırasıyla OKA 0.02- 0.08, OGA 0.04-0.14, OYA 0.79-0.92, YA 613.85-2698.0 cm2, YAO 95.09-256.23 cm2/g, ÖYA 102.38-280.69 cm2/g, YK 0.003-0.009 mm, NAO 0.0001-0.00038 g/cm2/gün ve NBH'nın ise 0.01-0.06 g/g/gün arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda en yüksek verim, yıllara göre Dwarf canton white çeşidinde 4.11-4.33 ton/da ve Pak choi green çeşidinde ise 3.13-3.45 ton/da olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, sonbahar döneminde kereviz lahanası üretimi için en uygun ekim zamanı 15 Temmuz olarak belirlenmiştir. Tüketicilere, Dwarf canton white ve Pak choi green çeşitlerinin pişirilerek, Tai sai çeşidinin ise sarmalık olarak kullanılması önerilmiştir.This study was carried out to investigate the possibilities of celery cabbage growing and to determine the suitable varieties of celery cabbage under Samsun ecological conditions between the autumn and spring growing season in 2010 ?2011. In this study, intervals 15 days and three sowing dates (1 August, 15 August, 1 September) at the end in autumn period in 2010, two sowing dates (1 April, 15 April) in spring season in 2011 and three sowing dates (15 June, 1 August, 15 August) at the end of 2011 autumn season and four celery cabbage varieties (Dwarf canton white, Pak choi green, Green fortune, Tai sai) were used. At the end of this research, it was found that celery cabbage vegetable could be successfully grown in autumn under Samsun ecological conditions. At the spring season, all varieties were flowered due to the bolting. Depending on the year and growing season 377.64-380.89 g stem weight, between 14.55-18.33 number of leaf, 375.06-381.65 g leaf weight, between 23.18-24.05 g stem weight and the Dwarf canton white variety 305.14-384.90 g plant weight, 16.0-20.33 leaves and 252.80-327.95 g leaf weight, 23.58-29.10 g stem weight and Pak choi green variety were determined as the promising varieties. OKA 0.02- 0.08, OGA 0.04-0.14, OYA 0.79-0.92, YA 613.85-2698.0 cm2, YAO 95.09-256.23 cm2/g, ÖYA 102.38-280.69 cm2/g, YK 0.003-0.009 mm, NAO 0.0001-0.00038 g/cm2/day and NBH 0.01-0.06 g/g/day for all quantitative analysis respectively depending on the variety and sowing dates. According to the years , it was found that the highest yield for Dwarf canton white variety 4.11-4.33 ton/da, variety was second with Pak choi green 3.13-3.45 ton/da. These results showed that the best suitable sowing date for the Pak choi green growing was 15 July period for the autumn growing season. For customers, the usage of Dwarf canton white and Pak choi green varieties were suggested as cooked, but Tai sai variety could be consumed as stuffed.
