Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yayılış Gösteren Dactylorhiza (Orchidaceae) Cinsine Ait Bazı Türler Üzerinde Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Mikromorfolojik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin Orchidaceae familyası üyeleri açısından zenginliğiyle dikkat çeken Karadeniz Bölgesinde yayılış gösteren Dactylorhiza Necker ex Nevski cinsine ait bazı taksonların (D. euxina (Nevski) H.Baumann & Künkele var. euxina, D. iberica (M. Bieb. Ex Willd.) Soo, D. nieschalkiorum H.Baumann & Künkele, D. osmanica (Kl.) Soo var. osmanica, D. romana (Seb.) Soo subsp. romana, D. saccifera (Brongn.) Soo, D. urvilleana (Steudel) Baumann & Künkele) tüm anatomik, morfolojik ve mikromorfolojik özelliklerinin karşılaştırmalı olarak ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışılan taksonlardan D. nieschalkiorum ve D. osmanica var. osmanica endemiktir. Dactylorhiza cinsine ait türlerde benzer olan çiçek yapıları ve yüksek oranda hibritleşme taksonomik açıdan sorun oluşturmaktadır. Taksonlara ait bitki örnekleri Karadeniz Bölgesinin farklı lokalitelerinden toplanmıştır. Toplanan örneklerden alınan kesitlerde kök, gövde ve yaprak anatomik özellikleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Kök epidermis hücre boy-en, korteks, trake, kalburlu boru ve öz hücre çap, gövde epidermis en, korteks ve öz hücre çap ile yaprak üst epidermis hücre boy-en, yaprak alt epidermis hücre boy, mezofil hücre çap, bulliform hücre en, stoma boy ve eninin istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Morfolojik incelemelerde bitki boyu, yaprak sayısı ve durumu, yumru sayısı ve çiçek durumu gibi karakterler incelenmiştir. Meyve, labellum ve yaprak yüzeyleri mikromorfolojik yönden incelenmiş olup taksonlar açısından önemli farklılıklar belirlenmiştir.

In this study, it is aimed to reveal and compare all anatomical, morphological and micromorphological properties of some Dactylorhiza Necker ex Nevski taxon (D. euxina (Nevski) H.Baumann & Künkele var. euxina, D. iberica (M. Bieb. Ex Willd.) Soo, D. nieschalkiorum H.Baumann & Künkele, D. osmanica (Kl.) Soo var. osmanica, D. romana (Seb.) Soo subsp. romana, D. saccifera (Brongn.) Soo, D. urvilleana (Steudel) Baumann & Künkele) which has a rich biodiversity in terms of the number of the species from Orchidaceae family distributed in Black Sea Region (North of Turkey). D. nieschalkiorum ve D. osmanica var. osmanica are endemic among studied taxon. Because the flower structures of Dactylorhiza species are similar and hybridization is most common, they have many systematic problems. The plant speciment belong to the taxon were collected from different localities of the Black Sea Region. The anatomical properties of roots, stems and leaves were compared on the sections of them. It was revealed that the properties such as epidermal cell length and width, diameter of the cortex cell, diameter of the sieve tubes and trachea and pit cells in roots; width of epidermal cellls, diameter of the cortex cell and pit cells in stems; width and length of upper epidermal cells, length of lower epidermal cells, diameter of mesophyll cells, width of bulliform cells and width and length of stomata in leaves were statically significant. A number of characters such as plant height, the number and arangement of leaf on stem, the numbers of tubers and inflorescence were examined for morphological observations. The leaves, fruits and labellum surfaces were micromorphologically examined and significant differences were indicated in terms of these characters.
