Bazı Astragalus L. (Fabaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Karyolojik Bir Araştırma

ÖZET Bu çalışmada Astragalus panduratus Bunge, A.barba-jovis DC. var. barba-jovis ve A.plıımosııs Willd. vds.nitens (Freyn et Bornm) Chamb et Matthews örnekleri çalışma alanı olan Kızdırmağın, Boyabat baraj gövdesinden Kargı'ya kadar uzanan sağ ve sol vadi yamaçlarından toplanmış ve türler morfolojik, anatomik ve karyolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Her üç tür de Türkiye için endemik olup İran-Turan floristik elementidir. Morfolojik çalışmada, türlerin dış morfolojik özellikleri belirlenerek kök, gövde, yaprakçık, meyva ve tohuma ait ölçüler yapılmıştır. Anatomik çalışmada ise, kök, gövde, yaprakçık ve tohum kısımlarından çeşitli metodlar uygulanarak enine kesitler alınmıştır. Karyolojik çalışmada, tohumlar çimlendirilerek kök uçları elde edilmiş ve bu kök uçlarından ezme preparatlar yapılarak mitotik metafaz kromozomları sayılmıştır. Temel kromozom sayısı x=8 olan Astragalus panduratus 2n=16, A.barba-jovis var. barba-jovis 2n=16 ve A.plıımosııs var. nitens'in 2n=16 kromo- zomlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

SUMMARY In this study, Astragalus panduratus Bunge, A.barba-jovis DC. var. barba-jovis and A.plumosus Willd. var. nitens (Freyn et Bornm) Chamb et Matthews were collected from the right and left valley sides between the body of the Boyabat dam and Kargı along Kızılırmak river. The morphological, anatomical and caryological investigations of these species were car ried out. All of them are endemic for Türkiye and also a floristic element of Irano-Turanien. In the morphological study, the external morphological characters of these species were determi ned and the measurements of root, stem, leaflet, fruit and seed were recorded. In the anatomical study, the root, stem, leaflet and seed were sectioned laterally by different methods. Furthermo re, In the caryological investigation the seeds were germinated and the root tips were obtained. The mitotic metaphase choromosomes were counted on these root tips which were prepared by the squashes method. It is determined that the chromosome number is 2n=16 in Astraga lus panduratus, 2n=16 in A. barba-jovis var. barba-jovis and 2n=16 in A.plumosus var. ni tens where the basic chromosome number is x=8.
