İlahiyatçılık ve Din Görevliliği Meslek Ahlakı

Abstract

Bu Doktora Tezi, ilaihiyatçılık ve din görevliliği meslek ahlakı ile ilgilidir. Son on yıllarda meslek etikleri konusunda bir patlama yaşandığı genel olarak kabul edilen bir gerçektir. Bununla birlikte, İslam ilahiyatçılık ve din görevliliği meslekleriyle ilgili modern anlamda bir meslek ahlakı çalışması henüz olmadığı düşünülerk bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın I. Bölümünde, ilahiyatçılık ve din görevliliği mesleğiyle ilişkili görülebilecek dört meslek etiği incelenmiştir. Bunlar, tıbbi etik, iş etiği, kamu görevliliği etiği ve papazlık etiğidir. II. Bölümde ilahiyatçılık ve din görevliliği ahlakının temel ilkeleri ve kuralları tespit edilmeye ve irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır. III. Bölümde, bu alanda karşılaşılabilecek etik dışı davranışlar ele alınmıştır. Son Bölümde ise ilahiyatçıklık ve dingörevliliğine ait çeşitli mesleklere ait daha özel etik kodlar incelenmiştir. This PhD thesis is related to the Islamic ministerial ethics; in other words, it is related to the professional ethics and etiquette for Muslim scholars or theologians and religious officiers such as imam and mufti. Although there has recently been an explosion of professional ethics in general, it is not available an Islamic ministerial ethics in modern sense yet; so this work aims to fill in this gap. The first chapter deals with four other professional ethics including medical ethics, business ethics and Christian ministerial ethics. In the second and third chapters, it was dealt with Islamic principles and guidelines in relation to the profession of İskamic scholarship and ministry. In the final chapter, the main issue was about the ethical codes of several sub-professions concerning Islamic religion. The main idea that was defended in the whole work was the necessity and utility of professional ethics for religious professions.
