Abstract

Carbonmonoxide is a byproduct of the incomplete burning of compounds containing carbon. Carbonmonoxide causes intoxication mainly in the brain and the heart by creating tissue hypoxia. It is estimated that it consists of the half of the lethal intoxications in the world. In this article, we present two carbonmonoxide intoxication cases with same carboxyhemoglobine levels but completely different clinical features.
