Abstract

Esophageal cancer is accepted and is associated with a poor prognosis. The frequency of this cancer varies according to geographical regions. Generally, esophageal cancer is an insidious disease at an early stage and usually presents with the progression of the disease. Clinical symptoms and signs in esophageal cancer. It occurs depending on the size of the tumor, its localization, distant metastasis, and its invasion in the localization. Distant metastases include lung, liver, bone, and central nervous system involvement. CNS metastases from esophageal cancer are rare.
