Publication: Tanzimat Dönemi Türk Şiirinde Tanrı İmgesi
Abstract
Tanzimat döneminde Batılılaşmanın etkisiyle çeşitli alanlarda belirmeye başlayan karmaşa, zamanla toplumda dinî geleneğe dayalı bilginin sorgulanmasına yol açmıştır. Dinî inanç alanındaki kavramların merkezinde bulunan 'Tanrı' kavramı da, söz konusu sorgulamalardan kaçınılmaz olarak etkilenmiştir. Görebildiğimiz kadarıyla Osmanlı'nın, Tanrı'yı genel itibarıyla kavramlar üzerinden düşünme tarzı, statik tarihsel süreç içerisinde işlevsel olup bir anlam ifade ederken; birçok alanda krizlerin baş gösterdiği Tanzimat döneminde açığa çıkan sorunlara çözüm sunamamış ve bu dönemde yaşanan krizle ilişkili olarak insanın Tanrı'yla kurduğu bağ da ister istemez zayıflamıştır. Bu durum, toplumda yeni düşünme tarzlarına yönelik birtakım arayışları ve değişimi hedefleyerek atılan adımları beraberinde getirmiştir. Öncelikle siyasî/hukukî dile yansıyan değişimler, bir süre sonra edebî dilde de fark edilmiş ve Tanzimat şiiri, Tanrı'dan söz ederken İslâm düşünce geleneğinden uzaklaşarak yeni referans noktalarına dayanmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada kabaca, Tanrı imgesi bağlamında Tanzimat şiirinin yeni hareket noktalarının neler olduğu; bu şiirin, Tanzimat'ın kaotik ortamında yeni bir düşünme alanı açıp açmadığı ve en temelde Tanzimat şiirinin, insanın Tanrı ile yeni bir bağ kurmasına imkân hazırlayıp hazırlamadığı soruları tartışmaya açılacaktır. Söz konusu tartışma, Tanrı imgesi özelinde Tanzimat şiirinin bir alegori olarak anlaşılıp anlaşılmayacağı sorusu üzerinden yürütülecektir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tanzimat, Tanrı, imge, şiir, alegori.
The complexity which became visible in several areas in Tanzimat era with effect of the Westernization has given cause to question information based on religious tradition in society in time. The concept 'God' which is in the center of notions in the field of religious beliefs has inevitably been affected by the aforementioned questioning issue. As far as we can see, the Ottoman thinking about God generally via notions has been functional and significative within the static historical process; however this style of thinking couldn't provide solutions for issues that became known in the Tanzimat era with some crisis in many areas, and the connection between people and also God has been weakened in relation to the crisis in this era. This situation brung along some pursuits about new styles of thinking and some steps intending the alteration in society. Principally, the alteration reflecting political/juridical language were also noticed in literary language in time and while the poetry of the Tanzimat era was speaking of God, it began based on new reference points away from the tradition of Islamic thought. In this study roughly some questions are came up for discussion like what the new starting points of the poetry of the Tanzimat era are in the context of the image of God and whether this poetry opened a new field of thinking in the chaotic setting of the Tanzimat era or not, and basically whether the poetry of the Tanzimat era established a new relation between people and the God is possible. Aforementioned discussion will be implemented over the question whether the poetry of the Tanzimat era is understood as an allegory specific to the image of God or not.
