Abstract
The structure of the title compound, C<inf>17</inf>H<inf>20</inf>N<inf>2</inf>O<inf>2</inf>, shows features characteristic of azobenzene derivatives and is perfectly planar in the solid state with a trans configuration. The molecule has an intramolecular O1-H1⋯N1 hydrogen bond.
