Sanayi İşletmelerine Yönelik Üretim ve Tedarik Planlama Yazılımının Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Üretim ve Tedarik süreçleri sanayi bir işletmenin en önemli faaliyetleri arasında yer almaktadır. Nedeni; işletmelerin muhasebe, finans, kalite, sevkiyat, insan kaynakları vb. faaliyetlerinin sürekliliği, doğrudan bu iki sürecin sağlıklı işlemesine bağlıdır. İşletmelerin mali hacimlerinin de bu iki kavramın önem derecesini belirleme noktasında bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerden, büyük ölçekli işletmelere kadar herkesin zamanında ve eksiksiz üretim faaliyeti gerçekleştirerek, müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak adına, gelişen teknoloji kaynaklarından faydalanarak süreçlerini geliştirmesi bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Tedarik süreçlerinden elde edilen hammaddenin, üretim süreçlerinden geçerek mamule dönüştürülmesi ve bu işlemin müşteri taleplerini zamanında karşılaması ayrıca işletmeye hammadde temini anlamında en az maliyet doğurması doğru yönetilmesi gereken bir süreçtir. Bu noktada klasik planlama yaklaşımı, işletmelerin hacmi büyüdükçe ve ürün gamı arttıkça yönetilmesi zor bir hal almaktadır. Bu noktada planlama faaliyetlerini yöneten kullanıcıların, harici uygulamalara, işlerini kolaylaştıracak ve hızlandıracak çözümlere ihtiyaçları doğmaktadır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız; üretim faaliyeti yürüten işletmelerde, müşterilerden gelen taleplerin, hammadde talep karşılama, stok yönetimi, üretim faaliyetleri ve son olarak sevkiyat aşamasına kadar olan süreçlerinde, planlama faaliyetlerine yardımcı olacak bir ürün ortaya çıkarmaktır. Klasik planlama süreçlerinde farklı farklı evraklarda takip edilen veya ERP mantığında farklı modüllerde takip edilen satınalma, sipariş, üretim, stok verileri tek bir arayüze toplanarak, planlama faaliyetlerini yöneten kullanıcılara, gelen taleplerin karşılanması noktasında verilecek kararlarda kolaylık sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. ERP yazılımları bu hizmeti farklı modüller üzerinden sunabilmektedir fakat maddi anlamda ERP kullanım yaklaşımı olmayan işletmelere çözüm üretmek de bu çalışmanın amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Aynı zamanda herhangi bir dijital çözümü olmayan, tüm süreçlerini Excel dokümanları üzerinden ilerleten işletmelerin de bu uygulama aracılığı ile dijitalleşme anlamında ilk adımlarını attırmayı hedefliyoruz.

Production and Supply processes are among the most important activities of an industrial enterprise. Reason; accounting, finance, quality, shipping, human resources, etc. The continuity of its activities directly depends on the healthy functioning of these two processes. The financial volumes of the enterprises have no effect on determining the degree of importance of these two concepts. It has become a necessity for everyone from small and medium-sized enterprises to large-scale enterprises to develop their processes by making use of developing technology resources in order to ensure customer satisfaction by performing timely and complete production activities. It is a process that must be managed correctly, that the raw material obtained from the procurement processes is transformed into the product by going through the production processes and this process meets the customer demands in a timely manner and causes the least cost in terms of raw material supply to the enterprise. At this point, the classical planning approach becomes difficult to manage as the size of the enterprises grows and the product range increases. At this point, users who manage planning activities need external applications and solutions that will facilitate and accelerate their work. Our aim in this study; is to create a product that will assist the planning activities in the processes of the demands from customers, raw material demand fulfillment, stock management, production activities and finally to the shipment stage. Purchasing, order, production, stock data, which are tracked in different documents in classical planning processes or tracked in different modules in ERP logic, are collected in a single interface, and it is aimed to facilitate the decisions to be made at the point of meeting the demands of the users who manage the planning activities. ERP software can offer this service through different modules, but it is also among the aims of this study to produce solutions for businesses that do not have an ERP usage approach in material terms. At the same time, we aim to take the first steps in terms of digitalization through this application for businesses that do not have any digital solution and progress all their processes through excel documents.
