Türkiye'de Yayılış Gösteren Clematis L. (Ranunculaceae) Türlerinin Yaprak Besin Ekonomisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Clematis L. cinsinin Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren türlerinin yaprak besin ekonomisi ve üzerinde etkili olan edafik faktörler araştırılmıştır. Araştırılan bu türler liyan hayat formuna sahiptirler. Türlerin fonksiyonel tipleri de dikkate alınarak 2 yıllık bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Çalışma alanlarından yaprak ve toprak örnekleri alınarak laboratuvara getirilmiş ve gerekli fiziksel ve kimyasal analizler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre bir türün SLA, LMA, N, C, P, C:N, N:P ve besin elementlerinin rezorbsiyonu gibi yaprak özelliklerinde zamana bağlı değişimler olduğu, türden türe değişen seviyelerde toprak faktörleri gibi çevresel faktörlerdeki değişimlerden etkilendikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırılan türler herdem yeşil ve yaprak döken şeklinde iki fonksiyonel tipe aittir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, araştırılan yaprak özellikleri fonksiyonel tipler arasında da önemli farklılıklar göstermektedir. Herdem yeşil türün daha yüksek LMA değerine ve N rezorbsiyon verimliliğine sahip olduğu, yaprak dökenlerin ise daha yüksek SLA'ya, daha yüksek C konsantrasyonuna ve C rezorbsiyon verimliliğine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. P rezorbsiyon verimliliği bakımından fonksiyonel tipler arasında önemli bir fark yoktur. Araştırılan yaprak özellikler zamansal ve çevresel değişimlerden etkilenmektedir. Bitki fonksiyonel tipinin de yaprak özellikleri üzerinde farklılıklara neden olduğu görülmüştür. In this study, leaf nutrients economy and edaphic factors influencing it in Clematis L. species in Turkey were investigated. The species investigated have a liana life form. A research of two years was conducted by considering the functional types of species. Leaf and soil samples were taken from the study areas, and then brought to the laboratory and necessary physical and chemical analyzes were made. According to the data obtained, it was determined that there were time-dependent changes in leaf traits such as SLA, LMA, N, C, P, C: N, N: P and resorption of nutrients and, it was determined that leaf traits were affected by changes in environmental factors such as soil factors varying from species to species. The species investigated are of the two functional types, evergreen and deciduous. According to the findings obtained in this study, the investigated leaf traits show significant differences between functional types. While the evergreen species had a higher LMA and higher N resorption efficiency, the deciduous species were found to have higher SLA, C concentration and C resorption efficiency. There was no significant difference in P resorption efficiency between functional types. The leaf traits investigated are affected by temporal and environmental changes. It has been observed that plant functional type also causes differences on leaf traits.
