Abstract
Bu çalışma, Samsunda açık arazi şartlarında organik olarak yetiştirilen Depar F1 domates çeşidinin (Solanum lycopersicum, L.) büyüme, gelişme, verim ve kalitesi üzerine, fide tipi (aşılı ve aşısız) ve farklı dikim sistemlerinin (masura ve düz) etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre en yüksek bitki boyu (179.3 cm), yaprak sayısı (25.2 adet), yaprak kuru ağırlığı (2.6 g), ilk çiçek oluşumu (18.0 gün), ilk meyve oluşumu (24.8 gün), salkım sayısı (7.7 adet), meyve eni (5.62 cm), meyve boyu (4.79 cm), ortalama meyve ağırlığı (86.1 g), pH (4.6), meyve eti sertliği (%90.9) değerleri masura dikim sistemin aşılı fide uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. En yüksek yaprak klorofil içeriği (45.6 CCI), salkımdaki çiçek sayısı (7.2 adet), salkımdaki meyve sayısı (6 adet), verim (2.0 kg), SÇKM (%3.2), titre edilebilir asitlik (%0.34), kroma (46.1), hue (50.4) değerleri masura dikim sistemlerinde aşısız fide uygulamasından, elde edilmiştir. En yüksek C vitamini (18.3 mg 100 ml-1) değeri düz dikim sisteminde aşısız fide uygulamasında tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak toprağın organik madde miktarının artırılması ve masurada yetiştiricilik yapılması ile toprağın canlılığı artırılmış ve aşısız fidelerle başarılı bir yetiştiricilik yapılmasına olanak sağlamıştır.
This study was carried out to determine effects of seedling types (grafted and non-grafted) and different plantation systems (raised bed and flat planting) on growth, development, yield, and quality of Depar F1 tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) cultivar organically grown in open field conditions in Samsun. According to results of the study, highest values of plant height (179.3 cm), number of leaves (25.2), leaf dried weight (2.6 g), first flower formation (18 days), first fruit formation (24.8 days), bunch number (7.7), fruit width (5.62 cm), fruit length (4.79 cm), average fruit weight (86.1g), pH (4.6), fruit flesh firmness (90.9%) obtained from application of grafted seedling in raised bed planting system. Highest values of chlorophyll content (45.6 ccı), number of flower on a bunch (7.2), number of fruit on a bunch (6), yield (2.0 Kg), TTS (3.2%), titratable acidity (0.34%), chroma (46.1) and hue (50.4) obtained from application of non-grafted seedling in raised bed planting systems, while highest value of vitamin C content (18.3mg 100ml-1) obtained from non-grafted seedlings in flat planting system. As a result, increasing the amount of organic matter in soil and cultivation in raised bed planting system have increased the viability of soil and it provides an opportunity of successful cultivation with the non-grafted seedling.
