Fiber Altyapılı Adeziv Köprü: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Anterior diş eksikliği; her yas grubundan hastada sıklıkla görülür. Bu tür durumlarda, hastalara çok farklı tedavi seçenekleri sunulabilmektedir. Adeziv dişhekimliği, klasik yöntemlere alternatif olarak konservatif çözümler sunmaktadır. Fiber altyapıh adeziv köprü teknolojisi de bu alternatiflerden biridir ve protetik dişhekimliğinde konservatif çözümler sunmaktadır. Bu raporda sunulan olgumuz alt anterior diş eksikliği; fiber altyapıh adeziv splint-köprü ile restore edilmiştir. Çekilen diş gövde olarak kullanılmış ve fiber altyapı periodontal problemli komşu dişlere uzatılarak splint fonksiyonu elde edilmiştir.Missing anterior teeth is often seen among people from various ages. In these cases, different treatment alternatives can be presented to the patients. Adhesive dentistry, serves conservative solutions as alternative to classical methods. Adhesive bridge with fiber framework technology is one of these alternatives and presents conservative solutions. In this case report, patient's lower anterior tooth missing was restorated with adhesive splint-bridge with fiber framework. Extracted tooth was used as a pontic and adjacent teeth were splinted by fiber.
