Ordu İli ve İlçelerinde Fındık Üretiminde Enerji ve Maliyet Analizleri

Abstract

Türkiye, dünya fındık üretiminin ve ihracatının büyük bir kısmını gerçekleştirmekte olup, bu alanda lider konumundadır. Fındık, yüksek besin değeri ve lezzeti ile dünya çapında geniş bir tüketici kitlesine hitap etmektedir. Özellikle çikolata ve pastacılık sanayisinde vazgeçilmez bir bileşen olan fındık, aynı zamanda sağlığa faydalı özellikleri ile de dikkat çekmektedir. Ordu ili ve yöresi Karadeniz Bölgesinde fındık yetiştiriciliğinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Türkiye'nin en önemli fındık üretim bölgelerinden biridir ve ayrıca fındık yetiştiriciliği ekonomik olarak büyük bir paya sahiptir. Fındık hem iç piyasada tüketilen hem de dışarıya ihraç edilen bir üründür bu sebeple, ülkemizin başlıca tarımsal ürün kalemlerinden biridir. Fındık yetiştiriciliği, bölgenin tarımsal ve ekonomik yapılanmasında merkezi bir rol oynamaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada, Ordu İli ve İlçelerinde fındık üretiminin maliyet analizi ve enerji analizi üzerinden çalışma yapılarak üretim girdilerinin alan başına düşen birim üretimin enerji eşdeğerleri, edinilen verilerin ürün üzerindeki enerji verimini, kazanılan ve bütün maliyet karşılıkları saptanmıştır. Çalışmada veriler 381 tane fındık üreticisinden, anket metodu yöntemiyle ulaşılan verilerdir. Yapılan araştırmada ulaşılan sonuca göre Enerji tüketiminin en çok olduğu girdi 13744,21 MJ/ha ile işgücü değeri olup, ikinci sırada ise 8143,77 ile gübreleme gelmektedir. Gider (Maliyet) analiz sonucu; bütün giderlerin 11971,14 TL/ha olarak, bütün üretim gelir miktarı ise 47233,61 TL/ha olarak saptanmış olup kâr miktarı ise 35262,47 TL/ha olarak hesaplanmıştır.Turkey carries out a large portion of the world's hazelnut production and export and is the leader in this field. Hazelnut appeals to a wide range of consumers worldwide with its high nutritional value and flavor. Hazelnut, which is an indispensable ingredient especially in the chocolate and pastry industry, also draws attention with its health beneficial properties. Ordu province and its region have an important place in hazelnut cultivation in the Black Sea Region. It is one of the most important hazelnut production regions of Turkey and hazelnut cultivation has a large share in terms of economy. Hazelnut is a product that is both consumed in the domestic market and exported abroad, therefore it is one of the main agricultural product items of our country. Hazelnut cultivation plays a central role in the agricultural and economic structuring of the region. In the study, cost analysis and energy analysis of hazelnut production in Ordu Province and its districts were conducted and the energy equivalents of the production inputs per unit production, the energy efficiency of the obtained data on the product, the earned and all cost equivalents were determined. The data in the study are the data obtained from 381 hazelnut producers using the survey method. According to the results of the research, the input with the highest energy consumption is labor value with 13744.21 MJ/ha, and fertilization comes second with 8143.77. As a result of the expense (cost) analysis; all expenses were determined as 11971.14 TL/ha, the total production income amount was determined as 47233.61 TL/ha, and the profit amount was calculated as 35262.47 TL/ha.
