Hafız Nuri'nin 'Tecvîd' İsimli Eserinin Tecvîd İlmi Açısından İncelenmesi

Abstract

HAFIZ NURİ'NİN 'TECVÎD' İSİMLİ ESERİNİN TECVÎD İLMİ AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ Hatice KILIÇ Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Temel İslam Bilimleri Ana Bilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans,Temmuz/2025 Danışman:Prof. Dr. Mustafa KARA Bu çalışmada, Osmanlı'nın son zamanlarında yaşamış olan Hafız Nuri'nin (ö. 1331/1913), tecvîd ilmine dair kısa ve öz ifadelerle yazmış olduğu Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân'dan Tecvîd isimli eseri, tecvîd ilmi açısından incelenmektedir. Çalışmanın problemi, Hafız Nuri'nin Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân'dan Tecvîd adlı eserinin lisansüs-tü düzeyde herhangi bir bilimsel araştırmaya konu edilmemiş olmasıdır. Çalışmanın amacı, tecvîd ve kırâat ilminde uzmanlaştığı anlaşılan Hâfız Nuri'nin zikri geçen eserini günümüz alfabesine aktarmak, ilim dünyasına tanıtmak, işlediği konuları diğer tecvid kitaplarıyla kıyaslamak ve eserin kaynaklarını tespit etmektir. Müellifin kendi dönemindeki öğrenciler için telif ettiği bu eseri hakkında günümüze kadar herhangi bir bilimsel çalışmanın yapılmamış olması açısından tezimiz önem arz etmektedir. Bu durum, tezimizin özgün yönünü de ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma, Hafız Nuri'nin Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân'dan Tecvîd adlı eseri ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Çalışma, nitel bilgi toplama yöntemlerinden yazılı doküman incelemesine dayanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, literatür taramasından elde edilen veriler, tarihsel arka plan da dikkate alınarak incelenmekte ve bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla metin analizine tabi tutularak değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırma, Giriş kısmının ardından gelen üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, problemi, amacı, önemi ve özgün değeri, kapsamı, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, müellifin hayatı, ilmî kişi-liği ve eserleri incelenmektedir. İkinci bölümde, müellifin araştırmamıza konu olan eseri günümüz Türk alfabesine aktarılmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân'dan Tecvîd isimli eser tecvid ilmi açısından incelenmektedir. Bu çalışma ile Hafız Nuri'nin Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân'dan Tecvîd adlı eseri-nin, ilim dünyasında daha bilinir hale geleceğini ve bu konuda literatürdeki eksikli-ğin bir nebze de olsa giderileceğini düşünmekteyiz. Prof. Dr. Mustafa KARA In this study, the work of Hafız Nuri (d. 1331/1913), who lived in the last years of the Ottoman Empire, titled Tecvîd from Ta'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân, which he wrote with short and concise expressions on the science of tajweed, is examined in terms of the science of tajweed. The problem of the study is that Hafız Nuri's work titled Tecvîd from Ta'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân has not been the subject of any scientific research at the graduate level. The aim of the study is to transfer the aforementioned work of Hafız Nuri, who is understood to have specialized in tajweed and recitation, to the modern alphabet, to introduce it to the world of science, to compare the subjects it covers with other tajweed books, and to determine the sources of the work. Our thesis is important in that no scientific study has been conducted to date on this work, which the author wrote for students of his time. This situation also reveals the originality of our thesis. The research is limited to Hafız Nuri's work named Tecvîd from Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân. The study is based on written document analysis, which is one of the qualitative data collection methods. In this context, the data obtained from the literature review is examined by taking into account the historical background and is evaluated by subjecting it to text analysis with a holistic perspective. The research consists of three main sections following the introduction. The introduction section covers the subject, problem, purpose, importance and original value, scope, method and sources of the research. The first section examines the author's life, scientific personality and works. The second section transcribes the author's work, which is the subject of our research, into the contemporary Turkish alphabet. In the third section, the work called Tecvîd from Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân is examined in terms of the science of tajwid. We believe that with this study, Hafiz Nuri's work titled Tecvîd from Tâ'lîm-i Kırâat-ı Kur'ân will become more known in the scientific world and the deficiency in the literature on this subject will be filled to some extent.
