Samsun İli Çarşamba İlçesinde İkinci Ürün Silajlık Mısır Üretiminde Masraf, İş Gücü Gereksinimi ve İş Başarılarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Samsun ili Çarşamba İlçesi'nden anket yoluyla ve ölçümlerle elde edilen verilerle ikinci ürün silajlık mısır üretim mekanizasyonunda toplam masraflar, iş gücü gereksinimleri ve iş başarılarının belirlenmesi amacıyla 2018 yılında yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; toplam değişken ve sabit masraflar ortalama 304,27 TL ha-1 ve 798,66 TL ha-1 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Değişken ve sabit masrafların toplam üretim masrafları içerisindeki payları sırasıyla, %27,59 ve %72,41 olarak belirlenmiştir. Değişken masraflar içerisinde en yüksek payı gübreleme (%9,54) ve ilaçlama masrafları (%4,18) alırken; sabit masraflarda en yüksek payı ise aile iş gücü karşılığı (%24,53) oluşturmuştur. En yüksek iş gücü gereksinimi toprak işlemede (4,98 h ha-1) ve en düşük iş gücü gereksinimi ise nakliye işlemlerinde (1,76 h ha-1) ortaya çıkmıştır. İş başarıları bakımından en yüksek iş başarısı, nakliye işlemlerinde (0,57 ha h-1) elde edilmiştir.This study was carried out to determine the total costs, labor requirements and business successes in the second crop silage corn production mechanization by survey method, which was collected by surveys from Samsun and Çarşamba District in 2018. According to the results obtained; the total variable and fixed costs are calculated as TL 304,77 TL ha-1 and 798,66 TL ha-1 The share of variable and fixed costs in total production costs was determined as 27.59% and 72.41%, respectively. Among the variable expenses, the highest share was obtained by fertilization (9.54%) and spraying costs (4.18%); the highest share in the fixed costs was the family labor provision (24.53%). The highest labor requirement was in tillage (4,98 h ha-1) and the lowest labor requirement in transportation (1,76 h ha-1). The highest business success in terms of business success was obtained in transportation (0,57 ha h-1).
