Çaltı Gazetesi (1963-1966) Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Çalışmada, 1961 Anayasası'nın getirdiği özgürlük ortamında sol yayınların güç kazanması ile Samsun yerelinde 1963-1966 yılları arasında çıkan ve sol bir yayın organı olan Çaltı gazetesinin detaylı bir şekilde incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Samsun yerelinde yayını gerçekleşen bir sol görüşlü gazetenin döneminde gerçekleşen hadiseleri sayılarına ne şekilde yansıttığı görülmüştür. Birinci ve yedinci bölümler tezin giriş ve sonuç bölümlerini oluşturmuştur. Tezin ikinci bölümünde basının serüveninden bahsedilmiş, Osmanlıdan Cumhuriyete gazetecilik faaliyetleri ve yerel basının ortaya çıkışı özetlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Samsun özelinde yerel gazetecilik faaliyetleri de çalışmaya aktarılmıştır. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde Çaltı gazetesi hakkında genel bilgiler verilerek teknik yönü üzerinden bir aktarımı yapılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde dönemin siyasi olayları karşısında, beşinci bölümde sosyal ve ekonomik olaylar karşısında Çaltı'nın bakış açısı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde ise gazetenin sütunlarında kendisine yer bulan eğitim, sanat ve edebiyata dair yazılan yazıların incelenmesi yapılmış, Çaltı gazetesinin olaylar karşısındaki tutumu aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. For this purpose, it was seen how a left-wing newspaper published in Samsun reflected the events that took place during its period in its issues. The first and seventh chapters constitute the introduction and conclusion sections of the thesis. The second chapter of the thesis mentions the adventure of the press, summarizes journalistic activities from the Ottoman Empire to the Republic, and the emergence of the local press. In this context, local journalistic activities in Samsun were also included in the study. In the third chapter of the thesis, general information about the Çaltı newspaper was given and a technical aspect was conveyed. In the fourth chapter, Çaltı's perspective on the political events of the period, and in the fifth chapter, social and economic events were tried to be determined. In the sixth chapter, the articles written on education, art and literature in the newspaper's columns were examined, and the attitude of the Çaltı newspaper towards the events was tried to be conveyed.
