| dc.description.abstract | Pulmoner tromboemboli; preoperatif, intraoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde ortaya çıkabilen, hem hastayı hem de anestezisti etkileyebilen ciddi bir problemdir. Jinekolojik malignensi için pelvik cerrahi geçiren hastalarda derin ven trombozu ve pulmoner tromboemboli insidansı yüksektir. Bu yüzden profilaktik olarak önlem almayı gerektirir. Biz, derin ven trombozuna bağlı akut pulmoner embolili bir olgunun jinekolojik operasyonunda anestezik yaklaşımı sunmayı amaçladık. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) may effect both the anesthesiologist and the patient during preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative period. High incidences of deep venous thrombosis (D-VT) and PTE occur in patients undergoing pelvic surgery far gynecologic malignancy. Therefore, a prophylactic approach is preferred.
