| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Kırıkkale ilindeki tıbbi atık yönetimi, oluşan tıbbi atık miktarları ile atıkların toplanması, taşınması ve bertaraf edilmesi hususları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda Kırıkkale ilinde tıbbi atık üretiminde payı yüksek olan 6 adet sağlık kuruluşu çalışmaya konu olmuştur. Bu sağlık kuruluşları; Kırıkkale Yüksek İhtisas Hastanesi, Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi, Sulakyurt İlçe Devlet Hastanesi, Delice İlçe Devlet Hastanesi, Keskin İlçe Devlet Hastanesi ve Karakeçili İlçe Devlet Hastanesidir. Kırıkkale ilinde bertaraf edilen toplam tıbbi atık miktarının 2017 yılı için %81'inin, 2018 yılı için %84'ünün bu 6 sağlık kuruluşundan kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir. En fazla atık üretiminin ise Kırıkkale merkezde bulunan Kırıkkale Yüksek İhtisas Hastanesi ile Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesinde oluştuğu görülmüştür. Yapılan incelemeler doğrultusunda tıbbi atık yönetimindeki aksaklıklar, eksiklikler tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, medical waste management and amount of waste generated, collection and transportation periods, and disposal of wastes were investigated in Kırıkkale province. 6 health institutions with a high share during medical waste production in Kırıkkale province have been the subject of study. These health institutions; Kırıkkale Yüksek İhtisas Hospital, Kırıkkale University Medical Faculty Hospital, Sulakyurt County State Hospital, Delice County State Hospital, Keskin County State Hospital, and Karakeçili County State Hospital. It was determined that the total amount of medical waste disposed of in Kırıkkale province was 81% for 2017 and 84% was caused by these 6 health institutions. It is observed that the most waste production is from Kırıkkale Yüksek İhtisas Hospital and Kırıkkale University Medical Faculty Hospital located in Kırıkkale center. In according with the examinations, deficiencies in medical waste management deficiencies were tried to be determined and suggestions were made. | en_US |
