Abstract
IV ORTA KARADENİZ BÖLGESİNDEKİ Philaenus spumarius (L.) (HOMOPTERA, CERCOPİDAE) POPULASYONUNDA RENK/DESEN POLİMORFİZMİNİN TESPİTİ VE EKOLOJİK FAKTÖRLERLE İLİŞKİSİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI ÖZET Orta Karadeniz Bölgesi'ndeki Philaenus spumarius (L.) (Homoptera, Cercopidae) populasyonundan 10475 ömek toplanmıştır. P. spumarius taksonuna ait dünyada bilinen 16 formdan sekiz formun araştırma sahasında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu formlardan typicus (TYP) %62.19, populi (POP) %30.81, trilineatus (TRI) %4.29, vittatus (VIT) %0.30, marginellus (MAR) %1.76, lateralis (LAT) %0.37, flavicolüs (FLA) %0.21, leucocephalus (LCE) %0.07 olmak üzere non-melanikler %97.59, melanikler %2.41 frekansında görülmüştür. Örneklerin ventral renklenmesinde de varyasyon tespit edilmiştir. P. spumarius taksonuna ait farklı istasyonlarda farklı formların görülmesi, form frekanslarının farklı olması ve türün populasyon yoğunluğunun değişmesi ekolojik faktörlerin etkilerinin değişik bölgelerde farklı farklı olduğunu göstermektedir. THE COLOUR/PATTERN POLYMORPHISM of Philaenus spumarius (L.) (HOMOPTERA, CERCOPIDAE) POPULATION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH ECOLOGICAL FACTORS IN THE MIDDLE BLACK SEA REGION ABSTRACT A Total of 10475 specimens were collected from Philaenus spumarius (L.) (Homoptera, Cercopidae) population in Middle Black Sea Region. The eight morphs of P. spumarius taxon from the sixteen morphs that is known were identified in the studied area. These eight morphs and their frequencies were; typicus (TYP) 62.19%, populi (POP) 30.81%, trilineatus (TRI) 4.29%, marginellus (MAR) 1.76%, lateralis (LAT) 0.37%, vittatus (VIT) 0.30%, flavicollis (FLA) %0.21, and leucocephalus (LCE) 0.07%, respectively. Non-melanic frequency were 97.59% and melanic frequency were 2.41%. Also, ventral colour/pattern variation was determined in the specimens. Different morphs and morphs frequencies belonging to P. spumarius taxon were found in different stations and altered population density of species showed that the effects of ecological factors were different in various regions. Key Words: Philaenus spumarius, Cercopidae, spittlebug, polymorphism, Middle Black Sea Region
