Geleneksel Eğitimimiz Açısından Cengiz Aytmatov'un Eserlerindeki Kıssalar(Efsaneler) Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Abstract

Türkçe derslerinin amacı Türk Millî Eğitimin temel amaçları ve temel ilkelerine uygun olarak şöyle belirtilir: Yazılı ve sözlü ürünlerle öğrencilerin Türk ve dünya kültürünü tanımalarını sağlamak, millî, manevi, ahlaki, tarihî, kültürel, sosyal, estetik ve sanatsal değerlere önem vermelerini sağlamak; millî duygu ve düşüncelerini güçlendirmek, onların bilimsel, yapıcı, eleştirel ve yaratıcı düşünme, kendini ifade etme, iletişim kurma, iş birliği yapma, problem çözme ve girişimcilik gibi temel becerilerini geliştirmek (Demirel, 2006: 14 ) .Bu becerilerin kazandırılmasında, roman, efsane, tiyatro, şiir gibi edebî türlerden yararlanılması tavsiye edilmiştir. Bu incelemenin konusu kıssaların eğitimdeki yerlerinin tespiti ve bu bağlamda Cengiz Aytmatov'un eserlerindeki kıssaların incelenmesidir. Kıssalar içerikleri bakımından incelenerek, onların özellikle millî, kültürel ve evrensel değerlerin öğrencilere kazandırılmasındaki rolleri üzerinde durulmuştur.Çalışmamızda bütünlüğü sağlamak ve kapsamı geniş tutabilmek için kıssa kavramı geniş anlamıyla [ anlatılan gerçek ya da uydurma olay, (Özön, 1997: 440) ] ele alınmış ve destan, efsane, menkıbe gibi türler de bu çerçevede incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda İslamiyet öncesi ve sonrası klasik eğitim anlayışımız irdelenmiştir. Kıssaların eğitimimizdeki yeri ve önemi tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarihimizin çeşitli dönemlerindeki millî, kültürel ve ahlaki değerler tespit edilerek bu metinlerle okura ne tür değerler aşılanmak istediği araştırılmıştır. Daha sonra günümüz Türkçe eğitim ve öğretiminde kıssaların derste kullanılabilirliği irdelenmiştir. Tezin son bölümünde ise Cengiz Aytmatov'un edebiyat anlayışı ışığında eserlerindeki kıssalar, Türkçe eğitim ve öğretim ilkeleri ve amaçları bağlamında değerlendirilmiştir.Anahtar sözcükler: eğitim, geleneksel eğitim, kıssa

The aims of Turkish education and teaching are defined in acordance with the National Education?s main aims and principles as so: to help students to make them learn Turkish and world culture through written and oral products, attach importance to national, spiritual, moral, historical, cultural, social, esthetic, artistic values, strenghten their national feelings and ideas, improve their main abilities such as scientific, constructive, and creative thinking, communicating, cooperating, problem solving, entrepreneurship (Demirel, 2006: 14 ) .It has been advised to benefit from literary types such as story, novel, myth, theatre, poetry to make them learn these skills. The theme of this study is to determine the role of stories at teaching and to analyze the stories in Cengiz Aytmatov?s Works in this context.The stories were examined with regard to their contents, and were given point to the national, cultural and universal qualities that could be gained by the students.We approached to the story term with a wide meaning [a true or imaginary event, tale (Özön, 1997:440) and we examined the literary types such as epic, legend, tale in this frame. Our traditional understanding of education was examined and we tried to determine the place and importance of stories in our education, we examined what kind of values were wanted to make reader gain, establishing the national, cultural and etical elements in the light of stories . Then the utility of stories in the Turkish teaching and education in the lessons was studied carefully. In the last part of the thesis the stories in his works were eveluated in the light of literature understanding of Cengiz Aytmatov in the context of Turkish education and teaching and aims.Key Words: education, traditional tradition, story
