Osmanlı İmparatorluğunda Padişah Huzurunda Yapılan Tefsir Dersleri

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Osmanlı Devleti'nde 1759'dan 1924 yılında hilâfetin kaldırılmasına kadar Ramazan aylarında padişah huzurunda yapılan ve huzur dersleri adıyla anılan tefsir derslerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır.Biz araştırmamızda huzur dersleri hakkında genel bir bilgi verdikten sonra, ulaşabildiğimiz II. Abdülhamid dönemine ait yaklaşık on beş takrir defterinin çözümlenmesi ve huzur derslerinde tartışmalara konu olan ayetlerin tefsiri ve diğer ilimler açısından tahlilini yapmaya çalıştık.Çalışmamızın giriş kısmında konunun önemini, amacını, yöntemini ve kaynaklarını belirtip, huzur derslerinin icra edildiği yaklaşık iki yüz yıllık dönemin siyasi ve kültürel yapısı hakkında genel bir bilgilendirmede bulunmanın akabinde, bu derslerin tarihi süreç içerisindeki gelişimini tespit etmeye gayret ettik.Araştırmamızın birinci bölümünde, huzur derslerinin icra ediliş biçimini, içeriğini ve tasnifini yaptıktan sonra, huzur derslerine katılan âlimlerden bazıları hakkında bilgilendirmede bulunduk. Daha sonra derslerde yapılan tefsir konularının şekillenmesinde siyasetin ne denli etkili olduğunu ve İslam dünyasındaki fikir hareketliliğinin huzur derslerine etkilerini belirlemeye çalıştık.Araştırmamızın ikinci ve son bölümünde ise, huzur derslerine konu olan âyetlerin çeşitli açılardan tahlilini ve huzur derslerinde diğer tefsir kaynaklarına yapılan atıfları ele aldık.Anahtar Kelimeler: Tefsir, Huzur Dersleri, Mukarrir, Osmanlı, Ramazan.

This study intends to examine the tafsîr (exegesis) lectures, known as Huzur Dersleri (the lectures held in the presence) due to that they were performed in the presence of the Sultan of the Ottoman State, during the Ramadan months between 1759 and 1924, when the Caliphate was abolished.In our research, after providing overall information regarding the huzur lectures, we tried to decode the available II. Abdülhamid period of approximately fifteen decision records and the analysis of the disputed verses in those lectures, from the exegesis and other sciences point of view.After mentioning the importance, objective, method, and the sources of the subject matter in the Intro of the study, we supplied a general evaluation about the political and cultural structure of approximately two centuries, when the huzur lectures were performed. Then we proceeded to determine the development of the lectures in the historical process.In the first episode of our research, we defined the implementation form, concept, and the classification of the huzur lectures, and provided some information regarding some scholars that attended the lectures. Then we tried to determine how the politics were important in terms of forming the exegesis matters in the lectures, and describe the affects of the lectures on the mental activities in the Islamic world.In the second and the last episode of our study, after giving the analysis of the verses that had been subject to the lectures from different aspects, we alluded to the references done in the lectures to the other sources of exegesis.Key words: Exegesis, Huzur lectures, Sultan, Ottoman, Ramadan.
