Skolyoz Cerrahisinde Anestezi

Abstract

Skolyoz cerrahisinde gelişen tekniklerle birlikte bu cerrahinin anestezi ve analjezi tekniklerinde de önemli gelişmeler olmuştur. Bunların başında nöromüsküler bloker kullanmadan kısa etki süreli intravenöz anestetik infüzyonları eşliğinde nöromonitörizasyon gerçekleştirilerek erken cerra- hi komplikasyonu saptamaktır. Bu nedenle güncel bilgiler ve uygulamalar ışığında konu ile ilgili bir derleme sunulmuştur.Together with developments in techniques of scoliosis surgery, there have been significant developments in anaesthesia and analgesia techniques for this surgery. These are primarily due to the application of short-term infu- sions of intravenous anaesthetics without using neuromuscular blockers. These, in conjunction with neuromonitorisation, aids the determination of early surgical complications. Therefore, a collection is presented here related to this subject in the light of contemporary information and ap- plications.
