Çok Partili Siyasî Hayata Geçiş Döneminde Amasya'da Seçimler ve Siyaset (1945-1950)

Abstract

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde 1808'de Sened-i İttifak ile başlayıp II. Mahmut'la devam eden, sonrasında Abdülmecid döneminde ve o dönemin Hariciye Nazırı Mustafa Reşit Paşa'nın teşvikiyle hazırlanan Tanzimat Fermanı'nın ilan edilişi Türk demokrasi tarihi açısından miladi bir süreç olmuştur. Ardından 1876'da Kanun-i Esasi'nin ilanı ile gelişmeye devam eden bu merhale Cumhuriyet'in bir eseri olarak devam etmiştir. Çok partili hayata geçiş tarihi olan 1946 yılı ve sonrası Türk siyasal tarihinde önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Bu tez çalışmasında çok partili hayata geçiş süreciyle birlikte Amasya şehrindeki siyasal dinamikler, siyasal katılım ve seçimler konusundaki tespitler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma esas itibariyle Başkanlık Cumhuriyet Arşivi'nden (BCA) temin edilen arşiv belgeleri, kütüphanelerdeki yerel ve süreli yayınlar ışığında kaleme alınmıştır. Bunların dışında Amasya Yeşilyurt Gazetelerinden, TBMM Zabıt Cerideleri ve hatıralardan da önemli ölçüde yararlanılmıştır.

In the history of Republic of Turkey, declaring of the Rescript of Gülhane, which is starts in 1808 whitht the Charter of Alliance and contunius with II. Mahmut and prepared with that era's foreign minister Mustafa Reşit Pasha's encouragement, became an epic process for declaring the democracy. Then, this phase, which it was improved with the declare of the Ottoman basic Law in 1876, contuniued as a work of the republic. The era between 1946, which is a date that the Turkish Republic passed to the multi-party system, and 1950 has an important place in Turkish political history. In this thesis, has been tried to reveal the politic dynamics, political participation and the detections about the elections in the city of Amasya during the political transition process to the multi-party system. For the most part of this study written down in the light of the Presidental Republic Archive's documents and local and periodical publications founded in the libraries. Also, Yeşilyurt Amasya Newspaper, The Grand National Assembly of Turkey's recordings and some memories have a signifıcant part in this study.
