Abstract

The title compound, C14H12BrNO, crystallizes in a phenol-imine tautomeric form. The structure is stabilized by O - H⋯N intra-molecular hydrogen bonds, C - H⋯π and π-π inter-molecular inter-actions. The mol-ecule is planar and intra-molecular O - H⋯N hydrogen bonding generates an S(6) ring motif. © 2007 International Union of Crystallography. All rights reserved.
