Publication: Turizm İşletmelerinde Çalışanların Karşılaştıkları Kraliçe Arı Sendromu ve Duygusal Emek İlişkisi
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, turizm işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerin kraliçe arı sendromu ve duygusal emek ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini; Ankara (Türkiye) ilinin Çankaya ilçesinde bulunan Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı'ndan turizm işletmesi belgesine sahip 4 ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde, yiyecek-içecek işletmelerinde çalışan işgörenlerden oluşturmaktadır. Anket 148 işgörene uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada kraliçe arı sendromu alt boyutu ve duygusal emek alt boyutu arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmek için korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Kraliçe arı sendromu alt boyutu olan yeterlilik ve duygusal emek alt boyutu olan doğal duygular (r=0,138) arasında düşük bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the relationship between queen bee syndrome and emotional labor of employees working in tourism enterprises was examined. The universe of the study; It consists of employees working in 4 and 5 star hotels and food and beverage establishments who have a tourism business certificate from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in the Çankaya district of Ankara (Turkey). The survey was applied to 148 employees. In the study, correlation analysis was applied to determine the relationship between the queen bee syndrome sub-dimension and the emotional labor sub-dimension. A low correlation was found between competence, which is the queen bee syndrome sub-dimension, and natural emotions, which is the emotional labor sub-dimension (r = 0.138).
