Bal Arisi (Apis mellifera L.)'nda Morfolojik Karakterlerin Belirlenmesinde Biyometrik Yöntemler

Abstract

Bal arısı (Apis mellifera L) ırk ve ekotiplerinin tanım, sınıflandırma, birbirleriyle ilişkilerini belirleme ve saflıklarının denetiminde ırk ve ekotıplere özel morfolojik özellikler esas alınmaktadır. Bu derlemede bugüne kadar geliştirilmiş olan ve standart olarak kabul edilen 41 morfolojik karakterin biyometrik ölçüm yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.Morphological characteristics, specific to genotype and ecotype are commonly used in the identification, classification, relation with each other and determination of purity of races and ecotypes of the honey bees (Apis mellifera L). In this review, biometric methods of measurements that have been developed up to date and known standard 41 morphological characteristics are discussed.
