Abstract

IV ÖZET 'Evanjelik Hıristiyanlığın Misyon Anlayışı ve Misyonerlik Yöntemleri' adlı tezimizde, Evanjelik Hıristiyanlığın Protestan reformundan günümüze misyon anlayışı ve misyonerlik yöntemleri özetlenmektedir. Evanjelik ve misyonerlik faaliyetlerinin tarihsel bir geçmişe sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu tezin amacı sistematik evanjelik misyonerlik faaliyetlerinin teolojik temellerini ve uyguladığı genel stratejileri ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır, tik bölümde, Protestanlık tarihi ve evanjelizmin tarihsel ve teolojik kökenleri hakkında bilgi verdik. Bununla birlikte, evanjelizmin Avrupa'da ve özellikle Amerika'daki doğuşunu vurguladık. İkinci bölümde, Presbiteryenler, Baptistler, Kongregasyonalistler, Metodistler ve Pentekostallar gibi bazı önemli evanjelik mezhepler hakkında bilgi verdik. Son bölümde, evanjelik Hıristiyanlığın misyon anlayışı ve misyonerlik yöntemlerini belirlemeye çalıştık. Bu bölüm aynı zamanda, yeni evanjelistik misyon stratejilerini de içermektedir. Bu bölümü ele alırken sadece tek bir evanjelik kiliseyi değil tüm evanjelik kiliseleri göz önünde bulundurduk. Bu araştırma, misyonerlik faaliyetleri sorununun sadece bölgesel bir konu değil aynı zamanda küresel bir konu olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu yüzden evanjelik misyonerlik faaliyetlerinin gençlerimizi ve insanlarımızı olumsuz etkileyeceği kaçınılmazdır. Bu nedenle, bu küresel fenomenin bilinmesi insanlarımız üzerindeki olumsuz etkisini önlemede önemli bir rol olacaktır.

III ABSTRACT In our thesis called 'Mission Approach and Missionary Methods of Evangelical Christianity' it has been summarized mission approach and missionary methods of the Evangelical Christianity from Protestan reform to the present. It is known that evangelical and missionary activities have an historical bacground. The aim of this thesis has revealed the theological foundations of systematic evangelical missionary activities and general strategies which Evangelical missionaries put into practice. Our thesis has consisted of three sections. In the first chapter, we tried to inform about the history of Protestant reform and the historical and theological roots of evangelism. However, we also emphasized the birth of evangelicalism in Europe, especially in America. In the second chapter, we examined some important evangelical churches like Presbyterian, Baptist, Congregationalist, Methodist and Pentecostal. In the last chapter, we tried to determine the mission approach and missionary methods of evangelical Christianity. This chapter also includes the new evangelistic mission strategies. While we have examined this chapter, we have taken into consideration not only one evangelical church but also all of them. This research has shown that the problem of missionary activities is not simply a local issue; it is also a global issue. Therefore, it's inevitable that this evangelical missionary activities has a negative effect on our peoples, especially youngs. Consequently, it's clear that the knowing of this global phenomen will become a vital role to prevent its negative effects on our peoples.
