Psikolojik Yardımın Dıştan Denetimli İnsanların İçten Denetim Düzeyini Yükseltmeye Etkisi

Abstract

ÖZ[YILAN, Gülhan]. [Psikolojik Yardımın Dıştan Denetimli İnsanların İçten DenetimDüzeyini Yükseltmeye Etkisi], [Yüksek Lisans Tezi], Samsun, [2007].Öntest-Sontest kontrollü deneysel modelde gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, gruplapsikolojik danışma uygulamalarının, lise öğrencilerinin denetim odağı yönelimlerininiçsellik lehinde anlamlı bir düzeyde artmasında etkili olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır.Çalışma grubuna katılan öğrenciler Amasya Anadolu Lisesi ve Amasya EndüstriMeslek Lisesi 9. ve 10. sınıf öğrencilerinden gönüllülük ilkesine göre seçilmiştir.Araştırmada Anadolu Lisesi öğrencilerinden oluşan 1. deney grubunda 10 öğrenci,Endüstri Meslek Lisesi öğrencilerinden oluşan 2. deney grubunda 10 öğrencibulunmaktadır.Öğrencilerin tümüne kişisel bilgi anketi ve denetim odağı ölçeği (Nowicki-StricklandLocus of Control Scale) uygulanmıştır.Deney ve kontrol grupları arasında denetim odağı açısından, başlangıçta anlamlı birfark olup olmadığı Mann-Withney U testi ile sınanmıştır.Her iki deney grubuna da ayrı ayrı 10'ar oturumluk grupla psikolojik danışmauygulaması yapılmıştır. Kontrol gruplarındaki öğrencilere herhangi bir işlemuygulanmamıştır. Uygulama sonrası hem deney hem de kontrol gruplarındakiöğrencilere denetim odağı ölçeği yeniden uygulanmıştır.Bulguların değerlendirilmesinde, anlamlılık düzeyi .05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmaverilerinin karşılaştırılmasında Mann-Whitney U testi ile Wilcoxon İşaretli SıralarTesti kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular kısaca şu şekilde özetlenebilir:1. Uygulamanın Anadolu Lisesi öğrencilerinden oluşan çalışma grubundaanlamlı bir değişim sağladığı görülmüştür.2. Internal Locus of Control Level Increment], [Master?s Thesis], Samsun,[2007].In this pre and post test controlled experimental model research; after groupcounseling applications, whether there is a significant effect on the orientation ofstudents? internal locus of control level increase or not has been investigated.Students, participated in this study, were selected from the 9th and 10th grade ofAmasya Anatolian High School and Amasya Industrial School students.First experimental group is composed of 10 Amasya Anatolian High School studentsand second experimental group is composed of 10 Amasya Industrial Schoolstudents.Nowicki-Strickland Locus of Control Scale and Personal Information Questionairewere applied all of the students, participated in this study.Mann-Withney U Test was utilized to examine whether there is a significantdifference between control and experimental groups or not with respect to locus ofcontrol at first.10 group counseling sessions were applied in each groups. Nothing was done forcontrol groups. After group counseling session applications Nowicki-StricklandLocus of Control Scale was re-applied both experimental and control groupsstudents.Evaluating the data, obtained from the pre and post test, significance level waschosen .05. In order to compare the research data; Mann-Withney U Test andWilcoxon Signed-Rank Test were used.The findings of the research can be summarized as follows;1. After group counseling applications significant difference was observed inthe first experimental group, composed of 10 Amasya Anatolian High Schoolstudents.2. After group counseling applications no significant difference was observed inthe second experimental group, composed of 10 Amasya Industrial Schoolstudents.KEY WORDS: Locus of Control, Group Counseling
